Eric Lauder, I think you are being a little harsh when you suggest I might be retarded.

If a state makes something illegal, they are sending a signal to the people about the general public sentiment around it -that it is not a good choice.

It is then possible to turn a blind eye to it when it comes to enforcement. An example would be the possession of cannabis in several countries. This is a bit contrary but it is not “retarded”. It accounts for human nature. There is a huge difference between turning a blind eye to something and promoting it. The moment you legalise what has been illegal you are promoting it. Look at your TV screen on an average Saturday night and see how many homosexuals are all over it. Are there more or less than when Obama legalised homosexual marriage? Are there more or less homosexual couples on TV shows?

The legalisation has become a sort of promotion. In the end homosexuality is a reproductive disability -it makes it harder to reproduce because you seek sexual gratification from men and they can’t give you children. Some people are born homosexual, others are born swinging both ways and can be nudged into one life or the other depending one the reinforcement they get from early sexual experiences. It is not an ideal life.

If you want to see India go down the same crapper of liberalism that the west has dropped down then this is all good. If you want to see it being easier to be accepted as a bachelor then yes this is good news but it is rather selfish good news.

As to the Tuna accusation -you are the first to suggest it in my time here. This is more or less my sentiment. It will affect you what they do because they are no longer just doing it in the privacy of their bedrooms while the rest of us ignore it and get on with our lives. It has become “my way or I take you to court” because a minority has been given protected status.
