Defeating your conscience; that’s the right word. Defeating the need to ‘get even’, ‘become zero from the -1 they’ve put on you’.

No judging, no justifying; “Hate ’em’? Love ’em? What do I got to do with it?” attitude – that’s the original MGTOW way.

MGTOW do not hate women. Hatred would mean MGTOW care about women, but MGTOW don’t give a f~~~. They are indifferent, which is not the same thing as hate.

At most MGTOW hold women in contempt, but that’s not hate either. And MGTOW only have contempt for women because women do contemptible things.

I think the easiest way to let go of any hate is to set emotions aside, analyze the situation in the light of the facts, and act accordingly.

I think any man who does that figured out that marriage and relationships are simply not worth it these days.

Once you let go of the futility of trying make these broken institutions work, it can be a great reduction in stress.

Hate ? Oh no, once you chose a path more suited to the situation, hate is the furthest thing on your mind.

It’s “drama” that drives a like me up the wall. I don’t have to worry about “the dog house”. If we are not married, I still retain the power of “no” and can kick her butt to the curb the moment she tries it. Instead of going round and round, I can just replace her with another.

By the time some guys are buying a diamond just for permission to sleep in their own bed, I am on to the second or third woman. And if that bus is late or broken down, I can wait.

Even if it is, I don’t have another option; I’ll be doing this until I find something that I’m realy passionate about….. to put all of my time into and really not a give a f~~~ to everything. After that, I’ll enjoy the scene and look back and laugh at my past misunderstandings.
