It would appear now that in the UK, all a woman has to do in order to be cleared of murder, is to tell the judge you feared for your life.

(Hopefully the link to the BBC news article will appear at the end).

Seems that even even though this womans boyfriend lay bleeding to death from a knife inflicted wound, and even though she cleaned the blood from the kitchen knife AND attempted to clean the blood up from the crime scene, a simple “I feared he would kill me” is enough to convince a jury to drop all charges.

And people dare to claim that the legal system is biased towards women? 🙁

BBC – I feared he would kill me.

    P.S. I think I will try this with my neighbour. Oh s~~~ I forgot, I’m a man. 😉

You know this will reach the point where women charged will murdered will say. “Yes your honor. I feared for my life, so I stabbed him in the back, while he slept in his bed, in the home I broke into.”

The link works perfectly, yep it’s scary how easily women can get off the hook! By the way I just read your initial intro ? !

    Thanks Macho.

I think it’s a no win situation. Feminist groups will now be claiming a victory against domestic abuse. If on the other hand she’d been found guilty, they’d be claiming the courts do nothing to help victims of domestic abuse.

    Grrrrrr !!!!!!!!

Sadly Faust is right, we are nearly there already:

There was a case many many years ago when I was in my early 20s….. where a man / husband was shot in the back – in his own bed , by his own wife – while sleeping.

    And she walked.

It was that day that when I declared no such bitch would ever get the chance.
If she ever “feels abused”, she can LEAVE. There’s the door.

I would never even permit her to use the word.
    Just GET OUT.

SHE: I feared he would kill me.

No you didn’t. No man wants you around that badly. Guaranteed.

Maybe she pretended to fear it because women deliberately provoke and upset their partners.

So any fellow and gents reading this, if your women is not a lovely joy to be with every single day, permanently eject her from your life. It all starts by showing her the door and letting her know she can LEAVE whenever she wants.

If she refuses to leave because she wants to terrorize you more, do not stay with her for another minute.

Ignore this to your own detriment.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

100% agreed. I’m already imagining how I will handle any potential future encounters with ‘whoever’, that might threaten that hard fought freedom. Even the thought of a one-off night of animal sex is putting the fear of god into me.

A woman accused of stabbing her boyfriend with a kitchen knife has been cleared of his murder after telling jurors she feared he would kill her.
These hoes are f~~~ing crazy and the Mangina judges give ’em a free pass. How long is it going to be until she ensnares another poor sap?
How many other weemins are just as nuts? AWALT, so this sets a very dangerous precedent.
THAT’s why you don’t become a Boy Friend, THAT’s why you let NO bitch inside your house, THAT’s why you spend NO money on ’em and THAT’s why going MGTOW is the best a Man can do for himself nowadays.

She’s not “nuts”. They know exactly what they are doing.

If she was “nuts”, she wouldn’t understand the charges, would not be competent to stand trial, or assist in her own defense.

Women don’t even need to PRETEND to be nuts to get away with murder.
She only needs to be able to cry proper tears on command , and say she “felt” threatened.

If you keep doing what you've always done... you're gonna keep getting what you always got.

I’m just wondering what she was doing with a kitchen knife in the lounge (the attack happened by the TV)?

Let me guess “he had me by the throat your honour, so I ran into the kitchen, grabbed a knife, then ran back into the lounge and stabbed him in the neck.”

    Sounds reasonable to me. 🙂

“your honor I was really scared so I stabbed him tried hiding the evidence and no officer I was so scared I put him into my trunk and chopped his legs off” ; (satire)

lol doesn’t s~~~ like this set a precedence in law (the legal system/common law)?

I’d be very interested to read it. Also what is interesting here is that a court in the UK is buying into a legally subjective standard of what constitutes fear; while in the US at least for men (see the Bernie Goetz case) courts have rejected the subjective standard and imposed and objective standard—which is why Bernie lost on appeal.

This reminds me of my favorite sketch from the BBC’s Blackadder.

The case of the Bloody Knife. 32 independant witnesses saw him stab the man, he was covered in the victims blood. When the police arrived he was stood over the corpse with the knife in his hand, shouting “I’m glad I killed the bastard!!”

His defence lawyer not only got him off, he was also knighted in the new years honours list, and the victims family had to pay to have the blood removed from his coat.

Comedy moves ever closer to reality?
