Yeah they are seriously emotional parasites. They bring down your self esteem to trap you. The higher your confidence, self esteem, etc. The more attractive you are. I’m pretty sure it’s biological and women aren’t even conscious of it. It’s just instinct. So with the lower self esteem, being less attractive, less likely to find another relationship while in the current relationship. At the same time, they themselves become less attracted to you and eventually cheat and move on. It’s very very strange, but once you understand it, how it works, why this happens, what exactly is going on, it’s not really that big of a deal. Most my pain and suffering was not caused by the relationship or end of the relationship, but not understanding what was going on and why. Trying harder and hard and digging myself into a deeper and deeper bit of despair.

I remember every time I broke up with a woman, it would take me months to recover. Even if the relationship only lasted 3 months or so. Verbal and emotional abuse is the norm. Getting educated on what is verbal and emotional abuse is useful as well, so you can identify it and be consciously aware when it is going on instead of having it go in subconsciously, effecting the self image.

Women do it like the boiling frog scenario. By the time it’s over, you’re just mind f~~~ed, confidence is gone, it’s a really horrible thing. Again, for me personally, it would always take months to come back to being OK with myself. Not all my relationships were like that, some it would be a simple, good bye, and maybe a week or so of feeling lonely. But the one’s that were emotionally abusive, they had a significant impact.

This might also be why women recover so much faster. I thought it was that they had more support. Now looking back, even though I didn’t have a lot of friends, 0 emotional support, I’d be fine with the women that weren’t abusive. Emotional and Verbally abusive women are the norm, again, that’s how they trap a man. Give em loads of sex in the beginning, get him attached, then hit him with the abuse to bring down his self esteem to then make him think she’s his only option. It’s some sick s~~~. Again, I’m convinced it’s biological, they aren’t even conscious that they are doing it.

The irony for me is I work with one or two women in their 50s and they are quite mellow now. Strange considering even women in their post menopausal years are mad as lab rats.
One of them said to me that women just don’t invest in relationships in the same way men do. No matter what they tell us or what they expect.

When s~~~ goes south they walk away unaffected and just move on while us men are left wondering what the f~~~ just happened.
To actually hear it straight from a woman’s mouth says it all.
I told her I was done with women but she has bet me that I will be with someone within a 12 month. We made the bet a few days after I ditched my last girlfriend.

It’s an easy bet to win. Real easy.
My mind is a problem for me and I struggle taming it but when I make a decision based on principle I tame the mind completely.

Not really a fan of Sandman. In my opinion, the guy is milking MGTOW for cash and clicks on youtube, which is why he puts so out many videos, and so much redundant topics. I prefer mostly guys who are unafraid to put their face behind their videos. Such as MGTOW Is Freedom or MGTOW Knowledge. Turd Flinging Monkey is good. He puts a lot into the content they discuss and there’s a lot of meat. Also, Howard Dare is on point. Another great channel.

More polite to say lacked the depth.
That’s modern day for you.

The reason it lacks depth is because he’s making videos for quantity (clicks and cash) and not quality. The difference between him and Howard Dare is night and day.

Sandman has a few good videos. The “Magic Wallet Maneuver” one was really good, basically talking about how women whore themselves out for cash and prizes.

My favorite is Barabrossa, now under the screen name Bar Bar. His videos really dig into the issues of gynocentrism, female hypergamy, and society’s treatment of males as disposables. Here are some of his videos:

Honestly, I cant stand most of the MGTOW vidoes that people post on here, whoever it may be. Seems they all are monotone and the video is just a photo slideshow. I shut it off within a couple of seconds. The truth told in them might be great but the delivery sucks ass. No charisma.
