I forgot about the worn out water faucets, dripping hot/cold mixing units, sluggish contacts in wall sockets, rattling door hinges, sparking light switches… (It was Siemens quality!!!)

Actually the place started falling apart after she kicked out her husband in late 1989.

We no longer rent out since late 1991.
