Agree with the above. If this place turns into an all out slug-fest about “who’s MOAR MGTOW,” 24/7, I’m outta here.

Channel that anger into exercise. Work out hard, to the point you want to puke or pass out. Don’t self medicate to try and rid yourself of the anger, it won’t work. Work that s~~~ out of your system physically and you’ll notice the anger will start to fade. Yell and scream too, get that rage out of you, it will help. If you’re angry and don’t let it out it will get worse.

Women like to say “Don’t get angry, it won’t go any good.”

For me, if I didn’t get rid of the anger when it hit, it would fester and come out in the future.
