My mother is a horrible person too. I spent countless days locked in dark small spaces and worse. So I get it. If want to call her a c~~~ go right ahead. No one but you knows what you have been through. I haven’t seen her since I was 21 and I am in my late 50s. I don’t give her a 2nd thought anymore.

I will caution that you are only hurting yourself. I think you already know that.

The MGTOW site is here for Men to go there own way. Some come with rage issues that need to be expelled before healing, while others are looking for like minded men to discuss common interests. Asking for help while angry and confused is completely different from using the site to attack members just because it makes you temporarily feel better.

My Dad had a horrible mother and sister who beat him, they teamed up on him, he always had that with him and it always hurt him, I truly don’t know how he dealt with it every day and still became a good man.

I do know that he had to let the anger go at some point not for his mother and sister but for himself.

You took the time to read and understand where people are coming from. Anger is understandable. But there is more to life than just anger. Many things that we, as men can enjoy…. like tranquility, understanding, reason, and not getting bitched at.

You still have a journey on the road to healing. Rage is understandable, but you can turn in into a motivation and use it to succeed at something. It could help with the process.
