I cringe every time I hear someone talking about how single payer healthcare would save us all money. Anyone with an average or better income and no dependents gets f~~~ed up the ass with such a system.

Any idiot can see that in any system where the recipient of services is different from the person paying for those services, costs and prices will only go up. Precipitously. So why can’t single payer socialist f~~~heads see that?

Insurance is a scam. Not saying is isn’t important. But if you bank what you put toward insurance you could cover just about anything that gets damaged yourself.

Also insurance isn’t so much to cover you as the uninsured person who is likely to hit your car. Easy solution would be, if you get caught driving without insurance you automatically lose your licence. If you do it twice step up the penalty, as it isn’t listed in the bill of rights it isn’t a guaranteed liberty, but an earned one. A fine wouldn’t work as the people who don’t pay insurance aren’t going to pay a fine.

Hope that someday I may lead others the path I have learned. As Virgil led Dante through Hell.
