I do envy the rich who can just fly to another country, do what they like and leave again, who can just fix anything that goes wrong without making compromises or putting in a lot of work themselves.

    Just like Epstein.

    Oh wait…

Entitled women bend over backwards to be compliant to rich man and if he tells them to f-off, they usually say sorry.

    Just like Weinstein.

    Oh wait…

Trust me, when you’re “rich”, you also get a huge target painted right on your back.

It’s a lot easier for a poor man to ghost than a rich man. Stealth wealth is the way to go.

I would be good with buying a mobile home located in a decent established mobile home park.

Naw. Trailer park people tend to get way too up in each other’s business.

The best way for a single man to become invisible is in a reasonably sized house on a reasonably sized lot in white suburbia where your neighbors never talk to you because they are too wrapped up in their own white suburban bullshit lives to give a fuck about anything else. Most of my neighbors think I’m just the guy who mows the lawn.

I remember saying to my father that I would like to live alone on a remote island.

Every lot in white suburbia is effectively a remote island.

I’ve found an RV park here in Canada (just outside a large town) that charges $700/month. That includes a basic lot, water-n-sewer hook-up, shower and laundry facilities and electricity. There are surcharges for electricity above a set usage during the winter.

I dunno. It kinda sounds expensive. Is that a good deal???

What does the average rent cost for a similar sized apartment (including electricity) in that area ?

I’m guessing that your average small house mortgage, taxes etc. would be way over $700. per month?

How much space do you NEED to live?

Compare all 3, and then see which one best fits your Needs, Wants, and Bank Account.

It starts at around a grand a month I believe just for something very basic and it can go way up from there. The RV park that I’m talking about does not charge by the ‘size’ of the RV. The lots are all the same size so they’re all the same price…

It all depends upon how much that you want to tell/talk to them. I was visiting a friend that lives in a smaller park and he told me that he just keeps to himself and no one bothers him, but I imagine there can be pesty neighbors anywhere.

The point is that it’s a VERY AFFORDABLE OPTION especially since it’s only for one adult male.

I presently live in a nice bedroom community of a neighboring city that is very picturesque with excellent schools blah, blah, blah, and I can’t wait to get the Fu(K Out.

The house prices are through the roof as are the property taxes. I’m pretty confident that I can Ghost on through in more affordable accommodations when the time is right.

I’ve lived for several years in a mobile home park. I kept to myself. The neighbours left me alone. Maybe I was just lucky…

Therefore, if the nicer RV you can afford to OWN then the nicer place that you can have for only $700. per month as compared to any other options in that area..

Is $700. average in that area??

Dunno. It’s the only RV park in the area that I’m aware of…

Since small apartments are at least a grand then $700. doesn’t seem like a bad option especially if you already own an RV or can find one at a decent price.

If you own your own trailer, used 17K, you can live in a trailer park away from the city…I mean the boonies, for 350 a month in some rural districts. My family owns trailer parks. Very basic low class living but you can be left alone. Many older men die in their trailers.

#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.

Where I am you can find small decent MOBILE HOMES in established decent parks starting from around $25K and UP, and monthly fees are less than $400. per month on average.

IMHO these offer more of a house feeling as compared to an RV as they can get pretty large, and even a smaller one is probably enough room for most older single Men.

you can be left alone. Many older men die in their trailers

That does sound like a nice way to GO.

No strangers or “family” watching you or gawking at you while you are on your proverbial death bed. I have been a spectator on a couple occasions, and I thought it was one of the most morbid things that people do.

    Watching a parent die…..WHY ???????

Dyeing in the Peace and Quiet of YOUR OWN BED in your own lil corner of the world ALONE sounds good to me!!

It all depends on location. In a liberal blue state shithole city your taxes and mortgage will be through the fucking roof. Buying votes from single mothers ain’t cheap, after all.

Somewhere that doesn’t force you to subsidise the irresponsible can be very reasonable indeed.

How much space do you NEED to live?

About two rooms, really. My stuff, on the other hand, needs significantly more.

I presently live in a nice bedroom community of a neighboring city that is very picturesque with excellent schools blah, blah, blah, and I can’t wait to get the Fu(K Out.

You’ve been lucky. And while they may not have talked to you, they were definitely talking about you. Especially that one nosy, gossipy bitch that always seems to exist everywhere that’s above a certain population density, be it trailer park, apartment block, or projects.

That’s good to know. I was hoping that some of you here might know a little more about this…

Sometimes, you only understand what they meant to you when they are leaving.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home

Oh yeah! I remember her now. About 250-260? Always wore flip-flops and smoked cigarillos???

Yeah, I would have absolutely NO FU(KS TO GIVE about her opinion(s) of me, or that of any of her not so lil flip flop wearing cousins. LOL LOL LOL

I’ve always succeeded at being a Hi and Bye neighbor. I don’t go out of my way to introduce myself, or to get to know them, or invite them over, or borrow sh)t from them et. etc. etc.

I will wave “Hi” to them as I roll in if I see them, and then another wave “Bye” to them as I drive away. Other than that, I’m usually inside when I’m home and oblivious that they even exist…

My worst occurrences with potentially troublesome bitches living next door happened when I was renting in the suburbs. My current place is urban. Believe it or not, neighbors here never see each other. There must be some different psychology going on between here and the burbs. People in the city know that we all have to stay out of each other’s way in order to maintain such close living quarters.
