I had it out with a supervisor from another dept. My supervisor wasn’t there and she didn’t name a replacement so there was no upper level coverage. This supervisor, who was not my supervisor, got so p~~~ed at me for telling her “no” to stop my busy day with patients to hold her hand.

She came barreling down to my office. My co-workers are female, my boss is female, her boss is female and her boss is female, at least I know how far that goes.

When it comes to expelling a male they stick together.

When this happened I packed up my things and was out of there in 15 minutes flat. Never went back.

Filed a harassment law suit against the women and won handily nearly doubling my retirement for life.

Yeah it’s annoying and it’s very confusing. What is legit and what is not legit, yet the company itself has to take all claims seriously. It’s just a giant trap. I’d say body cam or carry an audio recorder, and upload that mess daily onto your computer, but like someone else said, that might not be allowed in your work environment. If anything, I’d keep a written record of anything that comes up. Time and Date it and just keep a log.

The other issue is how women are. They can get angry because of feeling like you aren’t giving them enough attention and create a false claim. It’s like if you give them attention and they do not like you, they file a claim. If they like you or want attention from you and you do not give it to them, they file a claim. And then because they change their mind everyday and throughout the month, there’s no pattern or reason to it. It’s insanity.

Anyway, best of luck to you. It’s difficult because of the lack of control, like I mentioned above, there’s often no pattern or reason behind any of it. What can you really do? Get another job? Well, it could very well be the same situation at the new job. It’s just insanity. All you can do is try to do the best thing you can do. Then the other issue is, and I’ve seen this. You completely ignore them and have nothing to do with them at all, and then they get upset at that. You cannot win because the rules are constantly changing.

Only thing I can think of is stay cool with your superiors and male coworkers. It’s just a mess. Like what can you do? If you tell your coworkers what is going on, then that creates division, and then she gets upset about that. But how do you semi protect yourself? Literally this world and the working environment has gone to s~~~.

We really need to create segregation in the work place. Keeping men and women separate because of all the insanity. I really don’t know. But I’ve been there to some degree. Had a woman create a false claim on me at a restaurant that I worked at, same deal, said I made her uncomfortable because I looked at her or something, literally that was the claim that I “looked” at her and it made her uncomfortable, and the bosses knew it was nonsense and told me not to worry about it and they knew it was BS, outside of the work place, but I was still very upset about it and I was upset about it for a long time.

I’ve never had the misfortune to work alongside split arses. But I’ve bodyguarded a few, f~~~ing hopeless. When we gave fresh meat the in-country safety brief – kit, cars, SOPs, actions on drills etc, they would be rolling their eyes or looking bored, as if somehow they were immune to Islamic terrorists. Some days I hoped for a contact, just to see them s~~~ bricks. This was Kabul, where at the time they could still visit expat restaurants. In Iraq, where s~~~ was really hardcore, and social trips were zero, we never saw a split arse until wheels down in Dubai on the way home.

The best thing to do in the workplace if you see a woman coming run! Keep conversation to work related. Don’t have lunch with them. I work in the medical industry so mostly women. I keep to myself.
