I can’t go into too much detail but I’ve been accused at my job. What ever of? Making a female uncomfortable. She says I was following her around. I wasn’t. I do work in the same area as her. But she got it in her head and then went to a supervisor. So I got talked to. I’m not in any trouble. Just stay away gentlemen. They always believe the woman. In my case I pointed out how ridiculous it was. But there will always be that lingering doubt and suspicion.

Just stay away men, they can destroy you just because of an accusation!!!!!

As an ex-business owner, let me tell you, only hired a female once. It was in the Philippines, she was ex-Teen Philippines, and the worst secretary ever. In honesty I didn’t hire her, one of my SIMP co-owners did. I would never hire a woman. Your situation is just one of hundreds of reasons why.

Unless the supervisor you spoke to was also female (and retarded) they probably don’t take her claims seriously. They know she’s full of s~~~. But they have to look into and document every single claim lest she come at the company with an expensive bulls~~~ “hostile workplace” lawsuit. Chances are she’s now put herself on their radar far more than you are, and they are going to start looking for ways to ease her out of the company, especially if she makes complaints about any other men (they always do). Just keep your own head down, avoid her and other female coworkers as much as possible, NEVER be anywhere alone with her, and wait for her to give management an excuse to toss her ass out.

A woman that I reprimanded twice for poor work performance made a claim against me for harassment. It was investigated and found to be a false claim, she just made it up. Her poor work performance continued and the company owner told me to go ahead and fire her. He wasn’t going to put up with that kind of s~~~. Never heard from her again.
