Seriously though, the whole shaven head thing is a problem. There seems to be a dramatic narrowing of minds in the early years of this century, and something as simple as a haircut can be used as a way of labelling someone according to their presumed political beliefs. On another forum some years ago, I came across some teenager ranting about “the Nazi haircut” – it turns out he meant short back and sides, one of the most ubiquitous haircuts of the 20th century, worn by all and sundry back in the day. So I posted a picture of George Orwell and asked him if he thought he was a Nazi. These people are just and dumb and ignorant; don’t hesitate to put them in their place.

You can make the most of it and even have some fun with this at their expense – carry around a copy of Slavoj Zizek’s book on revolution, or a copy of The Communist Manifesto, or Malcolm X’s biography or something equally left-wing and say “Well I can hardly be a fascist/racist etc. if I’m reading this…”

Skinhead has been commonly put with English Nationalist groups (the whole Skinhead s~~~ is British in origin and most of them come from England) in line with the scene that produced bands like Skrewdriver and many more however the beginning of them is not have to do with any Nationalism at all.

Early Skinheads were basically a working class group in England with no racial anything really and has promoted left wing politics even red bands (bands for Communism or Socialism).

But for Yam’s personal advice (just Yam speaking) you should not really give a f~~~ and if you really wanted to p~~~ people off the Skinhead style is really easy to this with. You are already getting s~~~, now you just need a Nazi patch (PS i am not recommending you do something which will get you arrested in your country but if you really wanted to p~~~ people off accepting the risks and danger in it then you could do it).
