I propose LEVEL 5 MGTOW

Level 0 – Situational Awareness: here the member has “taken the red pill” and embraces the idea that gender equality is a lie and propaganda.

Level 1 – Rejection of Long-Term Relationships: where the man rejects long-term relationships but will still partake in short-term relationships and sexual encounters.

Level 2 – Rejection of Short-Term Relationships: here the member won’t participate in hook-ups or any form of short-term or sexual relationships.

Level 3 – Economic Disengagement: a member at this stage refuses to earn more money than is necessary for sustaining life. He views the government as tyrannical and is trying to actively drain money from the bureaucrats.

Level 4 – Societal Disengagement: this is as far as a mainstream MGTOW can go. Here the man refuses to interact with society any more than ever.

In my early 20’s, I was Level 0. By mid-20’s I was Level 1. Around 28 years old I hit Level 2.

Now at 29 I’m entering Level 5. I’m not interesting in living out in the woods. I’m not interested in crawling into the fetal position, or giving up on life or whatever. Why? Because women are whores?? Government is corrupt?? Big f~~~ing deal… It’s been like that since the beginning of time.

Understanding female nature at a young age is a GIFT that I don’t intend to squander.

LEVEL 5 – Going Tesla: Spending 100% of my time developing and improving myself. Maximizing my human potential. Dreaming the biggest dreams possible and then making them happen. Mastering multiple talents. Solving some big problems in the world. Capitalist Domination of Earth.

I look at guys like Tesla and Leonardo Da Vinci… Such amazing minds- amazing lives- amazing accomplishments!

Why not be a polymath like Da Vinci? Or fly in the clouds like the Wright Brothers?

You clearly identify why “levels” are a bad idea in the first place, how can you use a arbitrary criteria based on set actions such as living in the woods to grade men in an environment where the whole point is to do you own thing.

The butcher the old joke somewhat, there should be 10 types of MGTOW, those that are MGTOW, and those that are not. What a MGTOW chooses to do beyond that is up to him.

The 4 levels were something I gave much consideration to.
Like denial, anger, acceptance (with regards to the red pill).

But then I realized that “denial, anger & acceptance” are not exclusive to MGTOW.
MGTOW are not the only people who go through these phases.

They happen when you lose a pet, loved one, family member – even when you’re 7 and you find out Santa isn’t real.

I think the “levels of MGTOW” work to explain to others where you might be (early or seasoned)…. but otherwise I don’t see the point in it. Give me a reason to re-think my stance on this and I will.

Apparently some MGTOW facebook group (with a “leader” called Dave) already created a level 5 called “hardcore” or something, but as soon as I saw that, I rolled my eyes.

Like how is possible to go my own way *MORE* than you?

I don’t mean offense to anyone who feels it’s important to have a unit of measure, but “level 5 MGTOW” just strikes me as a little bogus.

The truth of the matter is that on this site alone, there are over 16 000 levels of MGTOW.
It is impossible to categorise men into neat little boxes.
I might be, financially, on Level 4 yet sexually on Level 2 so where does that leave me?
Another man might be on Level 4 sexually yet a Level 2 on finances.
All this talk about Levels – and the kudos that are awarded as the Levels rise – is nonsense.
We are all individuals and as such, whilst we may agree on the basic philosophy, we can never be lumped and labelled into neat little boxes.

There are just varying degrees to how safe you are preventing women and government f~~~ you up.

Categorizing and labelling in this manner seems almost feminist/sjw in nature.

Here we all believe one fundemental truth – women are bad for men, mid to long-term.
