I am hurt, I am angry, I am barely able to motivate myself to go to the gym, work or study. All thanks to NAWALT pumpkin banging Chad and telling me she loves him after a year of being with me.
I randomly obsess over the thought of them f~~~ing each other brains out. I randomly obsess over should I have been more blue-pill in my relationship with her, should I have always ‘dressed well’ or ‘taken her out all the time and paid the bills’ or ‘showed her how much I cared for her’ or ‘done the little things’
There have been days where I have skipped work just because I had suicidal thoughts due to my low self-esteem.
I have slept with 4 women after the cheating incident yet I am not over the fact that I feel worthless. I was complete Red-Pill before meeting this girl, was in the best shape of my life and was kicking ass at work and in my studies. After a year with her I am now back to square 1. Maybe its a sign.
No matter how many times I tell myself – She was not mine, it was just my turn. or Shes going to hit the wall or Chad will dump her ass soon. I cant seem to shake this feeling of being at the bottom of the pond.

A ton of great advice. I would add that you have to have deal-breakers in life. Such as, if I am in a relationship with a woman and she cheats on me, it’s over. That’s a character flaw in her, not you. You didn’t do anything wrong. The bare minimum someone owes the other person in a relationship is to communicate that their needs aren’t being met and they are going to move on. Going behind someone’s back like that is a s~~~ move, male or female.
And yeah, it doesn’t feel good now. But she isn’t good enough for you. She’s a cheating whore.
And going to the gym, working, and studying is exactly what you need to be doing right now.
I’m going to sound like a dick right now, but do you think you’re the only guy that’s ever been cheated on? S~~~ it happens all the time. And men dust themselves off and do what has to get done. Eventually, I got my money back for the engagement ring and bought a new set of wheels for my car (engagement rims). I embraced my hobbies more because I had all that time back to do it. (I build sleepers) Life goes on bro. When you start to live it, really live it, you will see how sweet it is. You need to shift focus back to yourself, start giving no f~~~s about her or her life. Start planning and setting your own goals and plans to get there, whatever your own goals are. Then start kicking godam ass. Never do stuff to impress others or get them back. That means they have controlling power over you. Do it because you want or need to as part of your plans and designs and goals.
Women want everything, but want responsibility and accountability for nothing.
But you can sooth your anger by reminding yourself that this is their nature.

Would you get mad when your car gets stolen? Of course. But would you get mad when a rental car is stolen? Sure it’s an inconvenience, but it’s no real long term concern of yours. You just call the agency and have them bring out a replacement.
And because she isn’t yours, she’s just a rental, you have no obligation to her, either. You don’t check the oil on a rental car, do you? Do you buy new tires for a rental? Do you put a ring on it? Do you give a f~~~ when you see it in the scrapyard ten years later?
There are 2 women in this story. One of them is/was a valuable asset to your life. She was loyal or worthy of the emotional investment and sacrifice of time and effort that you made on her behalf. She benefitted from that investment of your time and effort and she deserved the benefit she got. Losing her is a horrible, tragic, disaster and anyone who lost her would feel as terrible as you do.
That woman exists only in your head. That’s where she was created, and that’s the only place she’s ever really existed.
The other woman is a screwed up, disloyal, dysfunctional child running loose in an adult’s body. She is a liability to anyone unfortunate enough to cross paths with her. She is worthy of avoidance at any cost.
the reason you feel as bad as you do is that you have not yet arrived at a place of realization where you see that there are 2 different women here. Reaching that place is difficult for two reasons. The first is that it’s a nice thought to think you have found the first woman. It feels good and this is difficult to let go of. The second reason is that the second lying bitch of a woman has done everything she possibly can to impersonate the first in order to gain those benefits she has never deserved and that she was never intended to receive.
You are having trouble arriving at that point of realization because both you, and the second woman are working against you getting to that point. If the second woman was working alone to create this false impression, you could overcome her efforts as easily as you ignore all the other lying skanks and gold diggers out there trying to score those benefits. But she and you are working together to keep you convinced that you once had that first woman, and lost her.
That woman never existed outside your head. You are correct to be sad that she doesn’t actually exist. But you will continue to feel bad for as long as any part of you wishes to believe that she did, that you had her, and that you lost her.
Your mother might be the first woman, (but even this is not guaranteed).
It is a certainty that NONE of the rest of them are.

Great advice given by the members…If I may add that you look at the introduction and follow the path of some of the senior members here so you can see the pattern that life gets better. You were not red pilled then, otherwise you wouldnt be in this situation…Most of us here can empathize with you as we too were in that similar situation…
Just breathe. Know that if you off yourself, the c~~~ will not shed a tear and would consider you just a minor inconvenience on her “news feed” and she would continue on her way. Focus on each day, each moment and keep reading the past posts. You will find gems there but you have to look. It is a choice you have to make…good luck brother…

Anyways. So about the Nuclear plant. Its a lot harder to make one explode then you think Its close to impossible with the tech that they use.
