I like these songs too. I just realize them for what they are now. Those singers/writers were programmed and passed on the programing. Victims of the same BS we were. I still enjoy them, as it was my era, but with a different perspective.
You only have two options
1. Go full monk and avoid all media, advertising etc.
2. Build defenses that allow you to ghost in a gynocentric society.

Music is music, lyrics are lyrics. Sometimes they mesh perfectly and lend credence to the old adage of “Music soothes the savage beast”, sometimes it may do the opposite.
I prefer acoustics rather than lyrics most times as most “modern” music infuriates me with the vapid messages they push.
A decent selection posted in this topic though, as IMHO it shows the decline of the expectations/understanding of romance, love, and relationships.

Every piece of kit displayed has its deadly use. Those f~~~ing A10’s still scare the s~~~ out of me. When those f~~~ers target you and line up for an attack run, they cause a combination of awe, terror/panic intellectually/emotionally and wet/chunky pants physically as you try to call them off.
A10’s definitely do the job they are intended to on AFV’s and their crews.
