But I love these songs.
Ahhhh, the 80’s… shame I was born in 1983 so I couldn’t fully appreciate that decade until I was much older…

That was a good decade…women as a whole hadn’t gotten so totally f~~~ed up in the head, that you didn’t just reject them all outright.
Ain’t nothing wrong with those songs, I likem too.
Just because something has romance in it doesn’t mean I won’t touch it, I don’t believe romance exists anymore but it’s still a nice fantasy.
I also know superheroes aren’t real either but I still daydream about having superpowers.
Having a girlfriend is like owning a gun, the longer your around it, the more you want to shoot it.
Anonymous3It’s relative. Women of the 2010s might be worse than the 80s, but the 80s women were much worse than the 50s.
But truthfully, women have always been intolerable all through the ages. We have plenty of writing that indicates this to us. The only difference is just how much society wishes to empower said women’s whims over innocent men. Today society has decided to encourage awful female behavior and destroy as many men as possible.
The only effective system for society is to keep women at home and limit their destruction to only one man at a time. It will never be good, but that’s the necessary trade off to population growth. However we have way too many people in this world now, so it’s fine if everyone is “strong, independent” and really is independent meaning we all live apart from each other. Of course women don’t actually want that, and nobody can figure out what they really mean by “strong” or “independent” because those words seem to always mean to leech off of men.
Anonymous14The Cars… Oh man, Fast Times at Ridgemont High, Phoebe Cates coming out of the swimming pool then popping her top in Judge’s jerk off fantasy… Then she walks in on him… classic, and likely why Moving in Stereo is my favorite Cars song.
nothing wrong with romance, I myself enjoy some Ben Howard songs.
When I have a pen in my hands, it's lethal.

just some of the messege isn’t what it used to be.We have changed, but we still have a connection to this music and memories of our younger days beyond blue pill. Memories of our hopes and dreams, of summer nights and the feeling of the breeze coming through the window of our car as we drove listening to this music etc.
I still like some of the blue pill music from my past, but in ways beyond believing the blue pill sentiment in the song itself.
Some memories i would like to erase . 80’s was a t3 edition of rise of the manginas

Eh, who cares? If you like it, you like it. This song will always be one of my all-time favourites, regardless if it’s blue-pill:

Anonymous1Gary Numan was WAY ahead of his time. “Cars” came out in 1979 and still holds up today, in my opinion. He has done a lot since then. Much darker stuff, but unfortunately, most only remember him for “Cars”.

Well yeah, but they’re sappy lovesongs, hence the title 😀
