So there is this girl who I’ve known since high school. We were always “just friends” as I continued to reiterate over the course of our friendship. (She pays for ALL her own s~~~, no way in hell I’m spending cash on anyone but select guy friends).

We hadn’t seen each other in a few months so we decided to go to a movie, to which I also bought another friend, who was a guy I intended to go to the movie anyway with.

After the movie she says she wants to hangout again and see another one. However, because I work a lot, my week is full. So I send her a snapchat asking how her week was, so I could plan ahead. All of a sudden, I get this:

Just to clarify (since I censored all names and locations), when the “I’m so sorry” part starts, that’s her again.

Anyway, his reaction was weird, as if she had referenced me to him as more than a friend somehow. She seemed cool at first, but I always kept her a distance away. She was a typical “I don’t like girls because they bring drama” girl lmao.

He wouldn’t have known anything about me had she not told him, and to boot, she said “He was out of town for the next few months, so we broke up”.
