Dear Carnage,
As someone who is high-powered medical, you’re trolling, you are suffering from “burn out” and you need help.
Those comments mean if you were surgical, you’d be dangerous.

L. Euler always maintained the childhood curiosity of a young kid “but why daddy”? If you do this for thirty odd years you will become one of the best doctors in the world, always striving for better. I couldn’t imaging being surgical,(when younger), never in my wildest dreams. You see technology changed, first it was cut, (incisions), then came laproscopic surgery (key hole surgery as it were), now a new kind of surgeon, scarless, local anesthetic only, guided by ultrasound and a 22 gauge needle, I can go anywhere and fix things with PRP (crazy glue equivalent) seal tears without stitches, fenestrate and suck out calcium deposits, do nerve blockades, trigger point injections, and with the advent of stem cell grown cartilage get this….I can repaint a whole new joint!! Presto no need for hip joint surgery and I can do it in ten minutes with local anesthetic, you need three injections and wow no more surgery the old way!!! How incredibly cool is that? I have no time for a wife, the future is fantastic! You need help you are “burned out”. I’m 65 and every day is something new that I’m thinking about.
Never a dull moment. The conservative internal medicine radiology type that became an “accidental surgeon” because surgeons can’t scan and I can. Anybody can stick a needle in a patient ; the question is do you know EXACTLY where you are? I dare to go to dangerous places, because I can tickle a dragon’s tail millimeter by millimeter, much LESS risky than cutting. Saves recovery time also zero hospital stay.
No boredom for Euler.
I’ll keep working at it until I’m one of the slickest in the world with a needle. Some are artists with a paintbrush, I want to be artist with a needle; it will change the course of pain management. The future is bright for all.

I do give a F___. Many patients come back to me very greatful….because I’m like doctor number twenty that they’ve seen. On average I’m doctor number five.(and yes surgeons come to see me as a patient as well) Fun being a doctor’s doctor.

Anyways, you need help. Recognize dangerous “burnout”.
