It has been a while since i did 24 hours duty and this is not exactly my specialty, but internal medicine.

On friday i didnt sleep well, i was a bit ansious and even my alien had troubles with setting my 0 f~~~s given.

And even during duty, i helped a bit an old man to eat, WTF is wrong with me?

Is the blue pill gaining land on my bones?

I should not care at all, i need to sit down, take the back seat and go full carnage.

In my 34 years in this eart, with my 16 years in the medical field, dedication and caring has ever given me nothing but trouble, some times i even gained the hate of the people that i helped, if it is not beneficial to me then im wssting my time, my time is limited, that is bad, if it is bad, it is blue pill.

Of all the things i have done, the good deeds i regret the most.

Nothing’s wrong with helping another brother out. Whenever I can I try to donate and feed the homeless who wander around in my area. You can’t help but pity them but they serve as a reminder what could happen if you mess up.

I can give compassion but often I don’t really care about that person, or a return for my compassion, and I’m fine with that. Works for me.

Must be very difficult being a doctor, I don’t think I could contentedly spend all day caring for the sick, lame and lazy. I understand your rage.

But you are the king of 0 f~~~s given, don’t even give a f~~~ about being blue pill at times.

Maybe that’s because the people you work and care for expect too much and too soon. People can be very uptight when it comes to their health not weighing in the practicality of their treatment and how much it can aid them until it no longer can’t.

Had some left over pizza in a box yesterday. Saw a homeless brother sitting against a lamppost in downtown Chicago. He needed the food more than me. Gave the box to him then went home without a second thought.

showing compassion toward someone in need is not vexing NFG (in my book). You DO need to draw a line somewhere,…
eg:
1- Homeless dude is hungry and you just bought 2 hot dogs for lunch,(you had Breakfast that morning), so you give him one or both hotdogs. — compassion, not NFG .If you have ever been HUNGRY,(not fasting hungry,but real no food,no money for food hungry; you will know how they feel)

2- Woman with toddler kid screaming to get their way next to you in the dept. store. Total NFG ! no compassion for either of them !

3- Old person in older car on the side of the road.
compassion, they probably have no means to get the car going.
no knight here, but NFG would be a crime. I would want someone to help my grandparent in such a situation.

4- Woman with a Mercedes with the hood up on the side of the road.
Total NFG here, she can afford AAA, or have the time to get help from friends. No knight here for that crap. (actually been there,done that,…. and the woman sped away right after I got her running and dropped the hood.)

5- December 25th, and you hear rustling in your chimney,……After I stop laffing, i’ll think about this one/

I will sum this up simply. The Medical field is F~~~ing FEMINIST. Gone are the days a Nurse would bring you coffee, or treat you like a God among men for helping out the sick. They took out the DOCTOR in the MEDICAL field. THey replaced the GOod doctor with PILLS. The state etc.

There was a time where Doctors were right up there with Fire Fighters. Not anymore.

WOMEN F~~~ED THIS UP. LAwyers F~~~ED THIS UP. And PEOPLE who should be thinking about the PEOPLE who care for you got told, “OH HE GETS PAID”. BULLS~~~!

You get no talent HACKS that now can’t even tell people the truth. “YOU ARE FAT, LOSE WEIGHT” etc.

I get where Carnage is coming from. The more you do, the more they expect you to do. Its like my old boss said, DO NOT DO EXTRA FOR PEOPLE. They will just take advantage of it. It’s the nature of most people.

TFM I think goes into this better then I can. Someone has to be responsible, or all of society breaks down.
But since there is no reward. I mean ZERO for people to do extra, then why bother?

1) why is he homeless? Being homeless doesnt make him a good person, he could be a yonki, an ex convict.

2) old people? F~~~ them, old are the most ingratefull, selfish assholes, they got nothing to lose anymore, my grand parents? I hope they all die as soon as posible, they are total jerks.
