Yeah, that’s not how it works. And you saying that you’re engaged, and then saying that it’s only a cohabitation means that you just contradicted yourself. Especially when cohabitation COUNTS as a legal, binding marriage thanks to the laws that were passed after women went crying to the law-makers, saying that men want to live with them, but don’t want to marry them. So now a woman doesn’t have to be your wife, but can claim all the benefits as one if she chooses to dump your ass.

And this has been said before, but you claim your “fiancee” only prefers to hang out with other guys. That’s no different than most girls in the country. See, women don’t usually get along with other women. They all have the same angry, bitter attitudes about life, and when a woman hangs out with another angry feminist, she’s reminded of how much like HERSELF the other bitch is acting like, and she doesn’t like that. Just because a woman wants to hang out with the boys, it doesn’t make her “special from all the rest”. Plus, she gets to keep her options open so if she hangs out with YOUR friends, it’s likely that she’ll be attracted to one of them enough to be sucking his dick within the next week, and when she tells you she needs to “go out for an appointment/meeting”, it’s so she can get her ass pounded by one of them.

I have to agree with mgtow_85. Laws, from the tax code, to the family law act (or your local equivalent) are designed to recognize relationships. A common law relationship differs only slightly from a formalized marriage; especially one of long duration. Heck, case law even exists that recognized a long term dating relationship, without cohabitation, and recognized it as a formalized relationship when it came to division of property and support. I am not dispensing legal advice, but it would be worth an hour consult with a family law attorney to get a written legal opinion on your situation. I think you are treading on thin ice should the relationship turn hostile.

Simply put, unless your in a short-term, causal dating relationship of brief duration, you are open to risks.
