    Life is full of mental gymnastics and it would be foolish NOT to nourish ourselves to always be in optimal function for any occasion specially when SHTF (s~~~ hits the fan) type of scenario.

    I’m going to give you some tips that i have personally done to be NOT fully sigma but pretty damn close, some are actually things i hope you will take into consideration and make further research on your own before attempting to take on this transforming task. I want you to LEARN and EXPERIENCE how i’ve felt a drastic change in life and the way i’ve come to see it.

    I will start with the the habits you need to change to be more mentally aware, you must practice awareness and try to focus even on the most mundane things of life, like trees for example, it’s just a tree i know but its there, you are a human and yet you are there as well and one day you will not be there no more.

    Eating and other habits:

    1. Eat a more Omega-3 rich diet or take Omega-3 supplements.

    2. Drink Matcha Green tea in the mornings instead of coffee and drink maybe a herbal tea at night if you need help relaxing.

    3. Drink 1 gallon of water everyday, make sure the water is spring sourced and of good quality.

    4. exercise once a day 15 minutes of cardio, if you are lazy and don’t like to exercise then breathing exercise will raise your heart rate like cardio does and enrich your blood with oxygen just like cardio does. just make sure to at least walk a bit daily damn it.

    5. Breathing exercises, even if you do the 15 minutes of cardio still do the breathing exercises to complement your relaxation after the sessions.

    6. Stay away from music with voices, specially negative music, try to stick to music with out voices like classics or progressive or whatever you seem to like. i will explain further down below.

    7. get as much sleep as you can, 8 hours at least.

    8. get comfortable by yourself and try to stretch how many days you can be by yourself.

    9. Meditation daily, at least 30 minutes.

    Now i will start to explain the changes that have happened to me and a little bit about my past, i used to be a blue pill beta with sigma traits, i loved women, considered them great, however i had little tolerance for stupidity and error, i always wanted to help everyone and fit in as part of the “group”, many considered me the funny chubby guy but i liked the most to spend my time alone playing video games or watching shows late at night, eventually i tried twice the whole relations~~~ part of life, failed, got up, failed again, got back up then thought to my self ‘f~~~ this s~~~ i am out’ i have walked as a free man since then.

    Now i will explain the benefits but first i will describe briefly why i made the following suggestions.

    1. Omega-3 are the building blocks of the brain also it enrich your blood by lowering your blood Pressure and inflammation risk, but also aids in healing bad nerves and re-coating the end of the nerves in your brain that fire off, Omega-3 can also heal or better your eye sight. Omega -3 also regulates your hormonal levels, making it where you are not too active neither too slow. Omega-3 helps with improving the mood being 20 percent better than the leading brand of anti depressants.

    2. I recommended Matcha Green Tea specifically because of the higher content of L-Theanine, This is due to the plants being steamed after harvest, however this process also raises the caffeine content per gram so you better not put too much into the cup, Another good thing about this tea is that it’s not so acidic in value compared to your average cup of coffee, so your teeth will be healthier and wont degrade as quick. It has a decent amount of caffeine making it easier to transition away from coffee and getting used to the slow energetic release of tea, yeah the caffeine in tea releases slower and you don’t suffer from “spikes” like regular coffee. One more added bonus is that Matcha green tea has TEN times more antioxidants than regular tea, basically prevents cancer, now we know why Japan is not a deserted Island like right the f~~~ now.

    3. Human are supposed to drink one gallon of water, but tap water or distilled lacks minerals and if you drink a gallon of this stuff you will be mineral deficient causing all sorts of problems with your hormones and bones. Drink good water folks, try it.

    4. You should already know the benefits.

    5. Breathing exercises are great, it helps you clear your mind of all the BS you will deal with in your daily life, i also recommend men to try to learn about emptiness because it’s going to be a moment of self reflection to you daily life so you can see and feel how much energy you have basically wasted on mundane things that don’t help you further your own personal grow instead it has Stiffen your progression. Pick up a Zen book or from another school to get further acquainted with this teaching.

    6. This is a tough one to call, because i know a lot of guys like their heavy metal and if its not affecting you or your behavior then pass this advice up, but if you are open to read what i have to say about this then listen up, some people are sensitive to emotions, both men and women, i’ve seen both sexes hit what many would call the rock bottom and this type of music might not have helped in that situation, repetition is the key and the fact that words can arouse certain underline feelings in you, you must stop at all costs from getting too emotional, s~~~ will f~~~ you up. I don’t claim to be a know it all so just do what’s best for YOU.

    7. obvious.

I know a lot of guys who HATE being alone and even them get desires of “raising a family” or going to the bar to chat people up, i am not against interactions with other people, just know that if you are not comfortable being by yourself, YOU cannot claim to be a master of yourself around other people. We all have that in group mentality, we want to be part of the aquarium tank as a gold fish with all the gold fishes and the stingrays, but that s~~~ doesn’t work man, even a pack of gold fishes run into a shark by accident occasionally, then what? EXACTLY get your head out of your ass and look up SON, the world is grey and you paint it whatever color you see fit, If life is s~~~ to you then guess what? IT IS S~~~!, IF life is good to you then who the f~~~ am i to tell you the opposite? eh?!.

    9. Meditation will make your brain produce more grey and white matter, basically increasing your critical thinking skills and Overall IQ. The brain is a muscle that needs to be exercised or you end up like the majority of people with dementia or Alzheimer’s decease, The brain does shrink with age and meditation is one more thing you can do to not only slow the shrinkage down but also expand the size. Take your Omega-3 everyday with out fail, a bigger brain will consumer higher amounts, it’s sorta like going to the gym to work out, sure you can take protein before and after the work out, but you have to supplement your new habit with a very good diet.

    Many people said a lot of the deceases happens because of genes, i call bulls~~~ on that, a lot of people said to me IQ is based on genetics, i call bulls~~~ on that to, you are as stupid and ignorant as you chose to be, You also are as unhealthy as you allow yourself to be, some people have come up to me and said “my family are diabetics it runs in the blood” no you idiots, maybe you all eat the same s~~~ that ruined all of you and your overall health. The whole IQ charade is one more thing to shove down peoples throats to gets us to divide among ourselves, the majority of any group are all pretty much stupid, you can’t possibly measure everyone by averages because trust me there’s a lot of stupid people out there.

    If you expect me to post links, how about you look up all of these claims and form your own conclusions?, my conclusions are that i have tried all of this and i have seen a higher increase in my overall quality of life, i only get sick maybe once every 4 and a half years.

    Could you possably looking to get to be more of an Alfa?

    The differece is the Sigmas( like me)
    Have no desire to be in charge.

    Thats the only difference between the Sigma amd alfa.

    Sigma is strong, but has no desire to dominate or take over.

    Thank you, I do respect your opinion and you are very right old man, however just as animals can be trained, humans can be conditioned if that’s the therm you would like me to choose, i want men if they want to condition themselves into being more independent and healthier, i want to share what i KNOW and what i have discovered through research and applying it to my life. i am not here selling a book or pretending to be a motivational speaker. I want men to be able to stand up on their own, free and proud to the challenges we will all face in the future. My intentions are genuine i want more men walking that road to happiness, happiness just happens to have many roads that lead to it.

    Sigma is strong, but has no desire to dominate or take over.

    Alphas are actually the ones warming the chair while the sigma got him the chair i think is what you tried to say, because that’s the actually accurate description of the situation that usually plays out.

    Just like you i had no desire to lead anything, or be boss in any field, i wanted to be happy and have a simple life, but noo life becomes as complicated as you and other people make it out to be.

    Omega-3. Correct. Most people don’t get this in their diets, and it’s good brain fuel. But don’t neglect also getting more fats in general–they’re excellent for brain function. I recommend adding a couple tablespoons of coconut oil to foods you were going to eat anyway. You mostly can’t taste it, and the fats make whatever you’re eating taste better. YMMV.

    Music. That’s just personal preference. It is my experience that the more naturally intellectual tend to gravitate to instrumental music, but this is not a hard and fast rule. I’ve known a high-functioning autistic who listened to death metal almost exclusively–you might think it’s negative, but it’s compositionally complex.

    Exercise. Correct. Most people do not get enough of it. More importantly though is regularly moving. Exercising doesn’t do much for you if you’re still sitting on your fat ass most of the day. You want to mix fat breaking, fat burning, and cardio. Starting with some high-tension stretching, leading into things like burpees and get-ups, and then engaging long chains of muscle in activities like dead lifts form the core of my training regimen, followed by a 2- or 4-mile run.

    Water. Correct. Most people don’t get enough water. It doesn’t have to be spring water–your body isn’t that picky. But it should be filtered to remove sediment and hard metals, and ideally does not come in a plastic bottle (even BPA-free plastics apparently have estrogenic properties on their contents).

    Sleep. Probably correct, but this also varies on the individual. I’m highly functional on 6.

    Meditation. Personal preference. I did meditation for awhile, and I get more utility out of what I consider to be an active meditation–it’s just unstructured time during my cooldown from daily training.

    A couple additional things:

    Reduce carbohydrate intake significantly. Your body metabolizes this like sugar and it really has no value in your diet. Exception: leafy greens and fresh vegetables are technically carbohydrates, but they’re so dense in fibers that your body mostly can’t digest the carbs. You’ll still get a wide range of vitamins and minerals from these greens.

    F~~~ing hell sounds like hard work. I was much happier when I gave up trying to completely change myself. I stick to the generally good and avoid the generally bad. I’ll admit your approach works for some though.

    IQ is more a measure of innate reasoning capacity. Effort is still a major factor in success but your IQ won’t change that much in your life.

    I’m alpha as f~~~ in some aspects, sigma and beta in others. Is your classification a self classification or how others classify you? Why do you give a f~~~? I don’t. Just another stupid way for men to compete.
