I’ll go first so you get the jest of this thread.

I was thinking about the days when incoming giant meteors of government regulation decimated each business I started seemingly one after another not to mention the now strictly regulated human interactions between human beings that leave us totally vulnerable to economic and actual ruin.

Our roofing company folded after the insurance mandates of 86% comp, with increased public liability costs and after the 1987 market crash.

Then there was the shop where the implementation of car theft prevention regulation tied my hands behind my back waiting up to 6 months for a re-inspection on vehicles I purchased from the salvage pool. By the time I received the salvage titles all the profits evaporated as the vehicles sat on the lot devaluing with time and always needing maintenance like charging the batteries, air pressure, washing and waxing. One day a kind tax collector came in the shop while business was dying she tried to TAX all the tools and equipment. I told her it was all rented from my uncle <Fake name and address> It turned my stomach so much I went to the landlord and told him I’d be leaving.

This is a long f~~~ing list, bear with me and tell us your story even if mine is a TL;DR.

My father purchased a fire damaged house contingent on a building permit be issued to repair the damage, the permit was issued then revoked while we were getting the roof nailed down, we finished the roof after the order was issued, but the bastard motherf~~~ers from town in their typical Brookhavenite gangster beating had my father digging up the septic system because all the recorded septic system permits and plans for this blighted area have magically disappeared as does and did much of the documentation regarding this severed and dead limb in the family of Massachusetts land incorporation entities. Those f~~~ers called this place a town within a town, but they’re WRONG, It’s a Massachusetts condemned family campground with illegal residential subdivision lots landlocked within and bound by law thereto.

My father’s hair fell out from all the stress from these unabated tyrannical motherf~~~ers that tread over the law daily, with regularity, and predictability. He paid what amounts to an extortion of 5,000 dollars, He paid the god damned tyrants in cash put in a paper bag to make it symbolic to paying a bunch of motherf~~~ing thugs that in all reality should be f~~~ing SHOT ON SIGHT!

Then there’s the CEASE AND DESIST ORDER (the nail in the coffin of government, by government, for government self destruction).

After donating over two years of my time for the wages of ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, no retirement, no pension (like other government workers) I/we went to work revitalizing this area of extreme blight and physical degradation and personal endangerment. We roofed the meeting hall, I put in cement sidewalks at the meeting hall with a 36 foot flag pole I fabricated and erected along with street signs at every intersection throughout this 280 acre un-residential housing development. Hey HUD (housing and urban development) F~~~ YOU!!! I also graded the 7.5 miles of roadway the best I could given the poor condition and millions of dollars needed to achieve anything like they enjoy in the rest of this Satanic Witches Brew of a town, other private roads not under the DARK CLOUD are always being paved at the expense of the taxpayer. Town Selectman’s roads are smooth enough for a skateboard while in here they become impassable to the best of any off road modified vehicle, they also enjoy public sidewalk snow removal while residents here receive spotty to ABSOLUTLY NO PUBLIC SNOW PLOWING while again other private un-jaded roads receive plow service on top of the FREE PAVEMENT! DIRTY FILTHY BANANA REPUBLIC POLITICS AS USUAL.

There’s NO avenue of indemnity, recourse, representation, or public safety here, no insurance company will pay out on claims made against an origination being operated illegally no matter how preposterous the standing laws and orders may be. The LAW is the LAW. The fact is Massachusetts has a rouge member in it’s family of corporations operating maliciously over and above the law, over and above Worcester Superior Court Equity 5811 entered into LAW on January 10th 1974, they’re operating maliciously over and above the Town of West Brookfield’s Zoning CEASE AND DESIST ORDER issued July 18th 1997, to Brookhaven Association, Inc., it’s officers, directors, and members, stating:

you are hereby ordered to immediately CEASE AND DESIST—- a criminal complaint may be filed against you in the East Brookfield District Court.

No things didn’t get better since then, it’s only gotten worse. I obeyed the order being the elected CEO of this Massachusetts Corporation, a corporation with a dark and jaded documented history. I now live in a Massachusetts documented FIRE TRAP thanks to the molesting infiltration and penetrations of government corruption and the resulting decay with human endangerment.

This is NOT part of the United States of America, it’s something entirely different and foreign to the United States Constitution and bill of rights. It’s a State that FORMED within a State in violation of the United States Constitution, Brookhaven Condemned Family Campground I the illegitimate aborted child state with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, a rouge state and the 51st state of the United States of America. The true “lone star state”.

It is a State of destruction within a member State of the United States of America where people are in jeopardy of loosing life and limb by the unabated criminal activity and and subsequent criminal reckless endangerment by the illegal conduct, control, and management of this seized and deceased Massachusetts corporation that died on July 18, 1997 as a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER was posted the public bullet board and the ENTIRE AREA was roped off and lawfully closed, including the meeting hall where elections were once-upon-a-time held by the gathering United States Citizens.

This republic is dead and a standing reckless endangerment to human life. The pinnacle of all that can go wrong.

The government is supposed to represent the will of the people. That’s the purpose of a democratic government.
