    Hey gents,

For me, im clocking in about 4-5 hours max at the moment. When i finish at 7pm after starting at 7am, there are lots of times where i would just crash on the sofa or chair, and fall into that beautiful healing deep sleep where i wouldn’t dream either. And that to me is bliss. I hate dreaming. All those f~~~ed up scary dreams i could do without.

Last night i dreamed about aliens attacking and chasing me. I ran one over in a car and gave it the finger.

Usually about 7-7.5 hours, go to bed at 10 and get up at 5-5:30 to workout and get my day started. Congrats on quiting the bouncing job!

I do at least 6 hours a night.

More, if I can. Last time I slept like a f~~~ing king was inside my hammock, in Norway. Slept for 14 hours straight, with just a p~~~ing pause of 2 minutes.

Yesterday I slept 11 hours, went straight home from work and SLEPT. Woke up at 0600, feeling like a new man.
Sleeping like a king is how it should be done.

I go to bed painfully early and get up when my body wants to — or when the dog ‘wants out.’ I haven’t needed an alarm clock for years after I started doing this.

5-6 during the week but I catch up on the weekends. Pretty sure I have some kind of sleeping disorder. I work out every day and limit my caffeine but still don’t get much. I’ll sleep when I’m dead

I only feel rested after 9-10, and I can sleep 12+ on weekends. But usually can’t due to noise from nasty neighbours.

About four solid, as wife keeps moving or getting up, going in and out of the room, etc… Every time she goes away I sleep 8 or 9 like a rock.

No longer can we walk away, we must run. Remove the motive power.

It really depends on the season like for example during summer i sleep at least 8 hours (mostly more) but during the winter i get maybe about 6 or 8 maximum.

Argh, you just reminded me of the pain of sleeping with a woman. The rolling around, snoring, getting up to go to the bathroom, the waking up 3 or 4 hours earlier than you would and making noise all morning. Also the different bed times meaning that she would come in later and wake me up – I used to have the worst sleep in the world.

    F~~~ it was torture.

Now I spread out on my king size mattress and get a solid 9-10 hours of sleep, no interruptions. Meanwhile my colleague sleeps on a single mattress with a bipolar girlfriend who wakes up in the middle of the night with manic episodes of crazy. On other nights she abuses him relentlessly until 3 or 4am.
