You seem to have made the mistake of thinking that herbivorism is a more advanced version of MGTOW. Nope. Not even close. Although, the end result is the same- men that are not available as resources to women.

Considering the fact that America’s population is much greater than Japan’s and the culture is different, it will take a while before we catch up. I say another 20 years or so. But it is already in the making and MGTOW is slowly but surely growing exponentially.
