If one is truly over one’s ex, then one does not bash.

I read on a link on a thread here that stated 40% of people are not over their exs. The last woman I dated used me as a lure to try to get her ex back. She never mentioned his name even once. I’ve had others just blather relentlessly.

It really makes you feel so good about yourself whenever they do that. If I ever bother dating again, and she starts off ex bashing. I think I’ll bash my exs for her just to let her know how it feels. I’m actually friends with one of my exs. She’s the only non-related woman I associate. She’s a real nagicorn too.

If her ex were really the devil she says he is, we all know she’d still be with him.

Seriously, ranting about exs is f~~~ing rude at a minimum and a possible indicator she has a personality disorder.

I’ve never heard a single female ever speak positively about an EX. They are ALL “jerks” and “assholes” which actually tells me more about HER than it does about HIM.

Even if he was a great guy and he “just didn’t do it for her” — or he was “too nice” — she will still talk about him like he is an asshole. Why does EVERY woman do this? Because I don’t believe that a woman can face her future knowing she made a bad choice.

A woman will never speak about her EX like a “winner”.

She can’t live with herself. So she brainwashes & convinces herself (and everyone around her) to justify her own s~~~ty behavior so that she look at herself in the mirror and say “this one definitely is the one for me”.

It’s the cell phone analogy. Man buys a cell phone, he compares the POSITIVE features and makes a purchase decision based on that. Women chose a man by smashing every phone on the ground, and which ever one doesn’t break or put up with her CRAP is now “the one”. She doesn’t actually chose “the best”…. she only ends up with the last of the eliminated and hated.

Usually a few seconds into a conversation they start playing victim. It normally becomes a constant topic of conversation right after the first sex act.
If there is no possibility of being in an intimate relationship with me, it is immediate.

With me, it seems it totally depends on whether or not a woman “feels” that I may meet her criteria of becoming a potential atm/tampon for her.
Sadly for them, I am a tad different than the pussy beggars they are used to.

I know that all the bashing any woman does about her ex, my ex(s) are saying the exact same things about me, and the next one will as well. I have gone from being the best thing since sliced bread to dog s~~~ under a stiletto in seconds flat.
Truth and reality plays no part in the bashing, it’s only to allow her take on the role of the “victim”.

In my ever so simple mind, I tend to look at all the common denominators in my previous relationships. No matter how or what I tried to change, the major common denominator is me.
So I just removed me from future equations. I still like to give them a f~~~ or two, once in awhile, at the end of the day it just doesn’t mean that much to me any more.

I think, Keymaster, that the diamond doesn’t mean that she is incentivized to stay with you but more of a gift that is a promise that you will love her for “ever” (as evidenced by a ratio of his rent to her ring being 3 months salary per ring).

So it is a sort of promise ring or down payment on the merchandise.

And don’t forget in many parts of the world and in a little more that a century ago in Europe in order to be convinced to accept someone else’s daughter into your family as daughter in law, more goods needed to be exchanged like goats and cows in order to make the deal fair. A women plus dowry == man has been the equation for centuries, until now.

I just go lalalalalalala in my head when their slagging on their ex’s. Then I collect all the emotional buttons they just dumped all over the table for use at a later time.

I went on a date a long time ago back in my mid 20’s. Her ex was a Navy officer who she started bashing pretty much straight away. They were together for 5 months. She told me she was living at home but she did have her own house. I can’t remember everything word for word but it went like this….
“I realized I was never going to stay with him long term. He was always nice to me but he was never going to be my type. I always wanted my own place so I played along until I managed to manipulate him into buying a house and moving in together. We found a place, got all the paperwork done and the mortgage accepted then I dumped him. I felt a bit bad because he was always nice to me. Anyway I forged his signature, put the paperwork through and it worked, I got the house and he doesn’t even know! (Fits of laughter: I’ll never forget that bit). I had to stay at my mums still though because I couldn’t pay the mortgage so I’ve rented it out….. Do you have your own house?”
Naturally I never saw this girl again but it still took years to realize how evil this girl was.

Women are so bad, if they changed the law so I kept the house, I still wouldn't marry one. I'd rather be homeless.
