Have you considered weight training? What about martial arts? What about the range? Go test drive a nice pistol.

I’ve been lifting weights for 6 1/2 months. Started off at 6’1, 132 pounds, 7% bf. I used to eat one meager meal a day. Now I’m 161 12-15% bf. I look muscular and I think it is helping my physical prowess/confidence. I also did Mui Thai for a few months, but never really kept up with it. I should consider picking up a martial art again just to see what I’m capable of. Thanks for your help dude.

    I feel ya.

Your situation kinda sounds like how mine was growing up besides the mom trying to girl me up.

Dad died when I was 3, and really had no strong man to look up to, etc.
Ive gradually kinda found my ways early age with some ass kicking mentality, but am still easy to manipulate and I take way to much s~~~.

Used to do the same thing also with the having a hard time saying no at the shop…eventually it will burn you out and you will not be there long as you will either get fired or quit, both directly caused from the passive state.

I can verify that single mothers really f~~~s up the young boys mind.

    Anytime.

Keep at the weights! Keep hitting hard and get nutrients in your body. 5-6 meals a day. Supplement if you have the spare cash. Get the calories in to gain the muscle mass. We want to know about your gains.

wear solid colors, red, black, blue, Tie colors as well.

walk upright with your chin up, chest out, don’t slouch, or have your shoulders hang over.

when speaking, speak from your diaphragm, especially during meetings or presentations.

don’t eat in the break room or around females during your lunch.

When speaking with Female’s or co-workers, or anyone for that matter keep direct eye contact, and focus in on their eyes. try not to look around the room or look down.

    Get lots of rest.

take time aside for “Me” time, a hobby, a passion for something, fishing, whatever it may be, DO IT, and have fun.

don’t let anyone push you around, or coax you into something you don’t want to do, just say NO.

Try not to smile too much, it’s fine to joke every once in awhile, but make sure that when you work, you come to WORK.

eat healthy, exercise, keep kicking ass in muay thai, learn something new as well.

Set goals, make plans, try a new beer out (if that’s your thing).

have a guys night out, play poker, shoot pool, visit a titty bar, do manly s~~~, buy a piece of wood and some axes and throw the s~~~ at that f~~~er if you have a big yard.

you’re already lifting weights so we can check that off the list, keep doing that, and make a meal prep as well, take vitamins, drink lots of water, cut down on the sodas or foods that contain high estrogen levels, (we can’t have you growin’ t~~~)

If some girl is interested, make it clear to her in the beginning that you have goals you want to achieve them, and let her know that if something does develop she needs to respect you, and respect your goals other wise she can hit the road.

If you decide to bang a girl, USE A CONDOM!, if not, rub one out and you’ll be good to go.

Don’t let people waste your time, or f~~~ around with your emotions, cut them off like cancer, and be straight up with them.

If someone says something to a degree in which you feel your character was attacked, call them out on the carpet and have them clarify.

NOW GO OUT THERE ROCKY, AND SHOW EM HOW IT’S DONE KID!!!.
    (sorry couldn’t resist)

    Good luck!.

You remind me of myself when I was 14. I thought the world revolved around girls and basketball, but when I realized how manipulative girls are and just thought to myself, “why don’t I just clinch up with this guy and knee him in the face, instead of trying to get the ball from him?” I got started on the path to where I am now. It’s not easy and I’m not going to lie to you about it being simple or easy. I was broken many times and ruined many relationships a long the way. Some days I would find myself crying out my heart because of how I couldn’t handle situations, or how I felt I was destroyed by people and the world. But I didn’t stop there. I grew. I evolved, got stronger, and started asserting my Will in life. Sometimes you need to break down and rebuild yourself to become and competent and change.

As you long as you are alive, keep moving. Stagnation will be your enemy, as I know this from experience.

Try and get back into some form of kickboxing. For some reason another opponent trying to take my head off really wakes me up and makes me feel real. If you can compete in tournaments or join the fight team, you’re skills and confidence will go up. I like to think of it this way: if i can fight and defeat the top fighters in my area or in my state, I can probably handle some dim wits in an office environment, on the job site, or in a bar.

    Good luck to you.

    By the way I’m 22.
