Everyone got worked up because you were screaming and waving your gun around.
I understand that. Some members obviously took it the wrong way. That is why I apologized for offending anyone. I made an effort to reach every single person via PM who was present on that chat to ensure that no one was offended.
After you logged off and came back. Calm and cool. You started talking to JD, and whoever was left about football, a marriage you went to, and some girl at the wedding you were attracted to.
I never logged off, but stayed on and discussed a range of topics with JD and other members who were present.
I think you Gambit, deserve the honest truth (at least from my perspective). What you do with that truth is up to you. I am simply one brother speaking to another.
I appreciate that and I also appreciate the genuine concern. I wasn’t expecting to get banned like that. That really bothered me because I have been very cordial with everyone.
a lot of work goes on behind setting up and maintaining a zoom session.
appreciate it by being CIVIL.
feel it out for a few minutes before taking the topic and running with it.
it’s a group of MEN.
we can get loud or use profanity,
just be considerate of your fellows.
.
see you guys soon….come in for laughs, but when the topic of discussion isn’t interesting (or flatout boring), I simply disconnect, do other stuff, and come back later.
Well yes, and anyone one else would do the same. You, nor me nor anyone else can dictate the conversation just because we find a conversation a bit dull.
But what you can do is politely listen-chip in of you want and when a polite opportunity arises introduce a topic you find interesting.
I have engaged in 3 session now each time was there for a couple of hours & the topics were diverse on everything from American Politics, why a desert eagle is actually a bad choice (I found that quite interesting), to more light hearted topics and laughs.
It’s always a good mix off topics in my view-I see no problem for adults with reasonable social skills.
People will only get kicked off if they come on p~~~ed up acting like aholes as Gregbo has already said.
I didn’t write about wanting to dictate the topic. I come in, listen to the topic being talked about, keep my mouth shut if I have nothing to add to it (either because I don’t know anything about it or find it dull), and leave if it’s the same kind of topic an hour later, or a different one that also doesn’t interest me. That’s all 🙂

Great thread GregBo. I am going to suggest that when the Zoom information is placed in the chat section of MGTOW.com that a excerpt of the “rules” be placed on that page as well. I will email Keymaster to make this thread “sticky” and to be sure that the guidelines outlined here are placed in the chat area to help future participants understand the etiquette.
We have a good thing going. Lets keep it that way.

No doubt!!!

Perhaps I should not have asked my original question.
Peace is > piece.
Perhaps I should not have asked my original question.
No worries, brother.

Thank you GregBo for those well thought out guide lines of etiquette. Even though I think that those (ideally) shouldn’t be necessary to be applied (I guess the word here would be: common sense) it is still good that you put ’em out.
Also thanks to El C~~~o Punto for pointing out the heart of the matter at a decent and objective level. That helped me out as well, since I wasn’t on that very session, although (if I was) I might have been able to take it and/or dealt with it calmly enough for my sake and maybe other’s, too.
Anyway, Gambit has apologized in here (again), which should be appreciated by as many members as possible and from now possibly we could leave it at that and be a bit more considerate within the next up and coming sessions.
How about it guys..?
I'd rather die a natual death with a clear MGTOW conscience somewhere off the grid than one within "modern" civilisation with a big stress mark on my forehead and a couple of dozen tubes plugged into my body. Thanks GregBo for setting up Zoom for us to use. I miss BalcqueJacque and I hope we see him again. Meanwhile I want to thank all the participants for making me feel welcome and I appreciate the opportunity to bang out a tune or two for them. It really makes my weekend,

The purpose of Zoom is to allow like minded men to meet, network, chat, discuss mens issues, help brothers, have fun.
Some Zoom Guidelines.
1. Zoom is a private enity not affiliated with Mgtow.com in any way. Don’t bring Zoom business to the forums, ever.
2. Sign in with your screen name so we know who you are. Don’t use someone else’s screen name, ever. If I sign in as Jan, Jan S., J. Sobieski, that’s fine. If I sign in as CP just to f~~~ around, I’m getting punted.
3. Only invite people you trust. You can always ask what the group thinks of a candidate. You are responsible for who you invite.

As for the situation for Gambit, I wasn’t present and don’t know how tensions went but let’s take some wisdom from Huggy Bear

Zoom is always fun stuff.
A MGTOW is a man who is not a woman's bitch!
Understood thank you lads.
Hope to see you online over the holidays.

If you have an issue with me, please message me privately. I do not appreciate the spreading of false information on the forums.
Check. My response was to address the preceived seriousness of your interactions with those members on the session that night. As stated, I was not there and have asked to keep this issue from becoming an issue on the forum.

I think the zoom sessions are great I was think about holding UK only sessions due to the time difference and so we can discuss Brexit but I think it’s good to have everyone on the one session.
I hope that you and other EU members will start using the license at times more convenient to you than waiting for the members from the United States to signin.

Thanks and already working on this and several other info items. Will share the ideas over the holidays with everyone as they are worked out.
