Thanks. From December 26th-28th: I drank 3 of the biggest bottles of Brandy I could find, 3 cases of beer and 2 bottles of wine. I took it like a true sailor that I am but I was also on the brink of a total breakdown. Then it came to pass: For 40 days and 40 nights, thou went stone cold sober lest thou had blown his brains out. I just popped open my first beer since December 28th to go with this comment board. I think I survived this one and as they say: “What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger”.

My dad didn’t make a third mistake and I don’t think I will either, that’s why I am here. I don’t think I could survive another marriage and I wish I had figured it out the first time. I want to seal the deal in my soul to never go there again. I am technically still married but yesterday, I told her to never return home except to pick up her s~~~. If/when we divorce, I plan to keep my wedding ring on as a symbol that I remain unavailable.

@sparky BJS is correct about that. A ring on the left hand has the REVERSE effect than you might think. It’s a bitch magnet. It makes you an attractive conquest. It might shock you how much it’s NOT a repellent.

I think you made the deepest comment so far, you hit most of it on the head, about 90%. However, my wife is a nurse and she did pay for the Health Insurance. She still does but that might be because of some bills I pay for and the fact that most of her s~~~ is still in my house (Inherited from my dad RIP, still in his name. I wasn’t a TOTAL fool). If she wants he stuff, pets and keep some benefits, she will play ball. As Jimmy Hoffa said: “Life is a negotiation”. Fortunately, we never had any kids.

Haha agreed. Those times are FAR past. Nowadays, it’s men who cook and take pride in it. If I had to hazard a guess, all the best chefs are likely men. The women are too busy feeling empowered and that cooking is beneath them. Cooking is merely a chore to them, while men can view it as a hobby, passion, an art

Mister Stealth: Right now, MGTOW is my hobby. I am using every available moment watching video’s and looking at forums. I want to get it into my thick skull to never trust a woman again in a romantic relationship. I don’t see her as a friend as much as being on friendly terms until she can get her s~~~ out of the house and we can start separating the bills (much gets woven after a 15 year relationship). I know I have been turning people off on Facebook and don’t give a rats ass. My wife told me she didn’t want me bitter but how the f~~~ should I be? It sure didn’t give me a “Merry Christmas”. I never heard of a practical manual for how to handle this s~~~. What I do know is how to survive and right now, I feel like I need to be bitter in order to do that. I can stay civil, I’m not going to hurt anyone but there are times when I NEED my anger to help me wise up!
