First, as a semi-long term lurker, I just have to say I completely love this place. Discovered MGTOW in connection with some Sandman videos on Youtube, and eventually found myself here. I couldn’t believe that I discovered a community with such logical, rational people. I read (take redpills) at least 3 hours a day. Doing my job often leaves me lots of time to read between driving stretches… *sigh* My first and best redpill had to be when my CDL instructor tried to fix me up with her semi-landwhale friend, who has two! kids. On our third date, her oldest kid asked me, “why are you with my mom?” Thinking about the question later, I found I couldn’t think of a good reason, and cut all contact. I felt guilty about this for a while, but always was relieved, and couldn’t figure out why until I got here. Sorry about the rambling, just kind of got this out as a kind of stream of consciousness thing.

Funny story. You are in the right place.

Quick question. Truck driving sounds like the ultimate MGTOW job. Is it possible to balance that job with high intensity, endurance exercise as a hobby?

I run and ride bikes (non-motorized), so yes 🙂 Takes a fair amount of time management, but definitely possible

LOL… a little too risky for me with my truck, if you have one, I’ll try it with that 🙂

I keep a bike in the truck with me which is where my name came from

Speaking of trucking and getting away and being p~~~ed at the better half… one of the best songs for that is Dave Dudley’s “I’ll take anything leaving town today” I nominate it for the MGTOW theme song.
    Welcome aboard.

Welcome, glad you didn’t end up with that stale deal.

When I saw your name I figured you to be a rider of a modern Honda Goldwing, guess not.

No, not yet, I’m thinking about maybe a Harley at some point though. Gotta finish paying off the truck first lol

I understand that dilemma all to well sir. Nothing wrong with a Harley either, there really are few poor bikes these days. Although I’d be skeptical of the Urals’. Anyways, cheers and see you around.

I’d be fine with anything that’s good for a long trip. I’ve ridden my mountain bike on a couple of overnight trips (personal record: 137 miles in one day)

No trucks, but what about an ultralite airspeed record? Do weigh less than a horse jockey and willing to take unnecessary risks with high adrenal rewards?

LOL not quite, I weigh about 240 (mostly muscle) gotta weigh that much just to physically manipulate the trailer controls.

What’s the difference between a Harley and a vacuum cleaner?
You can usually get two dirt bags on a Harley. Lol
