If women have the right to abort a fetus, men should have the right to financial “abort”.

All my life I've had doubts about who I am, where I belonged. Now I'm like the arrow that springs from the bow. No hesitation, no doubts. The path is clear. And what are you? Alive. Everything else is negotiable. Women have rights; men have responsibilities; MGTOW have freedom. Marriage is for chumps. If someone stands in the way of true justice, you simply walk up behind them and stab them in the heart-R'as al Ghul.

When my sister had her third child taken away from her they tried to place the baby with me. I straight up refused. A lot of people thought that was cold, but it was the right decision. My cousin and his then girlfriend took her on because she came with a monthly check from child services. And they raised her for almost three years until the courts awarded her back to my sister who finally managed to fake enough drug tests.

Guess who’s paying child support now?

Wow, what a messed-up system. All these stories are further evidence not to have kids. Inter-Generational STDs (Sexually Transmitted Debts) now.

The millions of grandparents in the world with a drug-f~~~ed/alchoholic/town-bike daughter-in-law should take heed. Fathers also need to better educate their sons not to put their dicks in crazy.

Where’s the line drawn if the case succeeds?

Any family member could be held liable if they so much as babysit a relatives kids.

The lack of common Sense appears to begin in our judicial systems – precisely the place where it should end.

What I’ve noticed is that the court always assumes that a two income household is absolutely mandatory and that the woman is the default/ natural best choice for the child. That’s why anyone and everyone is hit up for cash. That’s what it looks like to me at least.

That does seem to be a common theme – whoever can loosely be held liable to foot the bill for a single mum, will be held liable.

And when found accountable, the costs are disproportionately high.

Damn! You dodged a serious bullet. Your cousin now has to pay for a kid that’s not his AND the courts have him by the b~~~~.

I hope they don’t hurt the grandparents though.. The whole system is insane…

Follow the money; Lawyers and Government institutions are making a killing from single mothers. Single mothers make divorce lawyers and family courts relevant; and they will do whatever they can to remain relevant. The more money that exchanges hands the more fees and costs these scumbags can take from people.

If they have custody, why the f~~~ would the be paying child support?

    The post wasn’t clear, brother.

They had custody of the child for a period at some point in the past. The child or, more accurately, winning lottery ticket is returned to the “parent” and because, as Joller wisely points out, someone has to pay, the grandparent get f~~~ed.

    Wow, what a messed-up system.

It’s all about the money. It’s only about the money. I still get s~~~ on for not taking on my niece: “You’re doing well for yourself, Sidecar. You could easily be paying support for your niece, but you had to be selfish and leave your cousin to step up and be a man.”

It’s one of the reasons why I haven’t seen any of them for years.

What I’ve noticed is that the court always assumes that a two income household is absolutely mandatory and that the woman is the default/ natural best choice for the child.

When single mothers are objectively and provably the WORST choice to raise a child.

The best are single fathers, followed by two parent households, with single mothers coming up a very distant third. Something like 80%-90% of all imprisoned criminals were raised by single mothers, which should tell you everything you need to know.

But the courts still cling to the “tender years doctrine”. Why? Because single fathers awarded custody don’t get child support from delinquent deadbeat mothers, but the state gets a cut of every support check sent to a single mother. “Tender years” is a money making scam for the state.

That makes a little more sense.

However, if I read this case right, the single mother is suing for back child support for the period when the grandparents had custody.

and she’ll probably get it too. “Tender years.”

Want to break your parents hearts? Give a woman your child.

I lived this. Not only were my children turned against me, but my mother died not seeing her only grandchildren for over four years. Not getting another chance…

    Don’t.
    Just don’t.

Hopefully this causes family law reform.

That’s the way I read it too. The s~~~head son was in arrears for quite some time, part of which was during the time when neither the child’s mother or father were fit guardians so the grandparents had custody. The mother and her c~~~ lawyer not only want future child support, they want to grandparents to pay the arrears.

Like me, you’ll also have noticed that the province believed that the mother was still due child support during the period when the province itself had determined she was unfit for custody. That’s like something out of Kafka.

… and she’ll probably get it too. “Tender years.”

I won’t bet against it. The phrase “Won’t somebody think of the children?” is a powerful tool for evil.

    F~~~ing Ontario strikes again.
The government wants me to pay child support for my grandson?
OK, I’ll sue for sole custody, and wont stop until I get it.
Also my daughter and her chad and his welfare parents will have a no contact order slapped against them, for the good of the child dont you know.
Want to f~~~ with me, fair game sweetpea.
I will go full bore with both barrels, and I will double fist f~~~ any c~~~~~~~~~ who tries this s~~~ with me.
I foresee a lot of “disappearances”, and disowned family members happening if women and the courts pursue this avenue.

There was a time in my life when I gave a fuck. Now you have to pay ME for it

DO NOT be surprised with the outcome if this. Smile when it comes and live your life to the fullest my brothers. Be alert, be cautious. Seeds have been planted. It’s time to watch it grow.

I hope this makes the history books. When it does. We will all be at the epicenter of the change that started this all.

Do not feel bad for those that suffer from their misdeeds. They have fed their own fire, and deserve nothing less then the warmth that comes to them.

Be silent. Do not speak of change. That is coming all on its own.

One day there will be a war. And when those men refuse to fight for their nations. THAT is the day, I will dance, drink, and BE merry.

But never forget the people who have no use but to use others. Give them their fill.

You are all alone. If you have been falsely accused of RAPE, DV, PLEASE let all men know about the people who did this. http://register-her.net/web/guest/home
