Gordon Ramsay is hilarious. You should see the original ones that were on the BBC I believe years ago. The American ones are mild compared to those.

Behind every great man is a comfortable high-backed leather chair and a library of books, not a woman.

People hate on this guy because of his tone and propensity for cursing at people… but if you watch his programs, you can see that he cares deeply about food and about the people who cook it and eat it.

People, Americans in particular, just aren’t accustomed to being held to high expectations and called out for being too lazy and full of themselves (or simply insane, as in the case of some of his “victims”) so they hate him for it.

But, as you might expect, the people with real self-esteem… the ones who really care inside about themselves, their customers and the food they put on the plate, are moved and deeply appreciative of him once they’ve accepted his criticisms, gotten off their asses and changed their ways.

The world needs more Gordon Ramsays… people who care enough and have the b~~~~ to tell people straight up and in no uncertain terms just how they’re f~~~ing up and how to fix it.

I often don’t agree with how Gordon treats people.

You know something? Who gives a f~~~ what I do or don’t agree with. I don’t have to agree with how anyone does a goddamn thing that doesn’t affect me. Unfortunately, we live in a society that thinks that they’re in first grade, and that if anything bothers them, they should run to the teacher, Mrs. Bankrupt-Socialiststate, and complain to her, and she’ll arrest them.

Jesus f~~~. We are so, so f~~~ing done as a country.

I spent much of my late teens and early twenties working in restaurants (front of house, usually running the bar in a place that was mainly a nice restaurant). I had nice bosses and assholes. The nicest place I worked had a psychotic lunatic as the owner. He had two very successful and exceedingly good Continental (kind of a mix of French and German food) restaurants that gave decent value for money, had a nice setting, all that. I hated the bastard, but he was successful and made a lot of money. He also cheated on his taxes and his wife, and was not a good person. He got in fistfights – lost every one, as far as I know. He was a liar. He was aggressive to the point of insanity. Guess what? The restaurants were still really good, reasonably priced for what they were, and in his seventies he’s still running a little bistro.

Feminism has turned the whole country into a bunch of whining grade school girls who are angry because someone said something mean and teacher should do something. Too bad personality doesn’t usually relate to competence.

    Ramsey is awesome.

In the pietro episode, Ramsay did almost all the things until the new cook is arrive, and i can’t stand the look of the father in the end of the episode, it is so sad, i hope i can cheer the father up.

Oh yeah, and the owner now is turned into a 200 pounds / hour prostitute.
