    Dear all, dear men and MGTOW’s,

    I hope you are all well.
    Leo the wise here : giving to all men their needed uprise.
    I released a video this week about one of big and crucial aspects of our daily lives : Sleep. Nobody speaks about it and yet it’s quite a huge chunk of time that’s spend on it. From 8 to 6 hours …even less.

    Hacking your sleep will allow you as a MGTOW to go beyond and free up more time by doing several short naps during the day instead of a huge long sleep block of 8 hours. With a strong discipline and dedication during adaptation, you may reach 4 or even 2 hours a day in total of sleep.

    I would like to recommend 2 books I red that are quite detailed on these matters.

    “Why we nap” by Claude Stampi

    “Ubersleep: Nap-Based Sleep Schedules and the Polyphasic Lifestyle” by Puredoxyk

    The first one is theoritical with lab studies about how people behave when they lack sleep, based on their age, type of activities, type of sleeping schedule… Measured performances etc.

    The second one is more practical and easier to read. Someone who practiced polyphasic sleeping and explains most of what you need to know about it.

    What do you think about this, did you try this way of sleeping ? What is your feedback ?

    Here’s a dope article about sleep history. In reality the idea that you need 7 to 8 hours of sleep in one go is false. Our ancestors wood sleep I’m 4 hour increments at most. They’d wake up super early to do chores or tend to crops, go back to bed to rest, and then wake back up to do more work.

    Having a consistent schedule is def key so that you can nap around the same times. This is true.

    I get a minimum 12 hours sleep everyday, so I’m good.

    I looked up, why cant I sleep strait through, and learned about sleeping in 2 segments.

    When you wake up after a few hours, dont fight it.Get up. After a couple of hours, at that first big yawn, go back to bed and get a few more hours.

    Works like a charm.

    I wish I had the TIME and FREEDOM to Sleep as I LIKE.

    I’m a believer in taking naps, but MY LIFE doesn’t allow it. YET !!

    If there not rolling around, they’re stealing the blankets, sleeping in the MIDDLE of the bed, or getting up to take a p~~~ or whatever, and then you have to actually see there not so darling face first thing in the morning.

    I sleep as much as I can. Right now, I sleep from about 12midnight-11am, wake up for 6 or 7 hours and go back to sleep.

    So I tend to sleep for 16-18 hours a day. I’ve been really tired lately, and not sure why.

    Lately, I’ve been listening to soft environmental sounds like rain storms, ocean waves, a crackling fire, etc. while I go to sleep.

    It has done WONDERS for my sleep.

    Got to cut Snowflake some slack. They can only fart at night, otherwise they don’t keep their mouths shut long enough to build up any pressure.

    Interesting topic.
    Sleeping alone is key.
    Doing things alone and in silence is the best way to do things in general.

    I hate those f~~~ers who always want to be social.
    At lunch I lock myself into my office and eat there by myself.
    It’s better for your digestion too.

    Sleeping alone in your bed is a no brainer.
    I absolutely love falling asleep alone in my house and waking up alone. It’s heaven.
