Girls weren’t in the arcades back in the 70’s and 80’s when the culture was growing. They weren’t playing the 90’s consoles, or computer games either. 99% of these women are frauds, and like a lot of YouTube women they always have to show cleavage if they have it. That’s the only reason these nerds pay them any mind. It’s a step up from fapping to a video game character I guess.

I’ve met very few women who are into gaming in the UK. They seem to think that casual sh*t like Bejewelled makes them pro and hardcore.

Met some playing World Of Warcraft but to them it was just “A Different Facebook”.

I guess because it’s such a male preserve they’ve decided to attempt to colonise it and use the power of the pussy to push guys out from that particular refuge.

For me though, gaming is just a side hobby. I’ve been a gamer since I was 9 and I first used a Sinclair ZX81. Worked as a software developer for years until my health began to suffer.

I mostly use my PC to study and soak up info online tbh.

There is a show on UK cable called Game Informer. It has loads of “gamer girls” on it commenting on games. Aside from them all trying to be funny when they just aren’t, they always seem to only comment on recent games – they have no clue about classic genuinely retro games

there is an Irish presenter who looks like she needs a good wash who was insinuating that MGS5 was sexist because of Quiet and it is full of that type of stuff and most comes from the mangina male presenters (although there are a couple of blokes who know what they are talking about)

girls are invading our space and gaming will die because of it but I am happy to go retro as I have recently been getting into the Mega Man games…soon to be renamed Mega Person

I pretty much hate all multi-player gaming. I loved it when you had to be in the same room as the other people and trash talk actually meant something.

back in secondary school playing multiplayer Goldeneye and Lylat Wars on the N64 with mates or my brother….such happy days

play two player Mario Kart 8 at the moment and nothing beats a photo finish where one of us has been losing the whole race but the other messes up firing a green backwards and it bounces into them…banter, beer and fun.
