The irony is that by raising a big stink about this movie, more people will want to see it even if its just to see what the fuss is all about, if the feminists ignored it, The Red Pill Doco would have been seen by a tiny handful of people and unless it is a really good film, it would have soon be forgotten.

brother, i like your last sentence. seems like the answer was quite simple. We needed to know who our enemy was in order to win(not that we ever considered them enemies until we found out their atrocities). I’m new here and i’ve been doing what you’ve mentioned for a while now. Leaving the battlefield. they don’t make us fight them, they make us fight ourselves, amongst ourselves. So the smart thing would be to leave the battlefield.

Don't fucking tell me it's nighttime when the sun is clearly shining in the sky.

Do you really expect a documentary on MRAs or MGTOW made by a feminist to be in any way honest or truthful? I suspect it was just another dishonest, biased, trashy hit piece.

This is feminism consuming itself. And nothing of value was lost.

But that is not our problem.

I had read that in the process of her making this film. She abandoned feminism, given everything she was exposed to through the misandry, unfair treatment of men, etc.

I was really looking forward to seeing this. And given that it moved a feminist away from feminism, it did not sound like a hit piece.

Now, the litmus test comes to forefront. And feminists are actively rallying to ban this film. That sounds even more promising to me. Anything that gets the c~~~s worked up, and throwing a s~~~ fit. It bodes well for the content that is being presented.

I truly hope it sees the light of day.

I like Cataphract’s point, that by them protesting it, it is in effect creating more curiosity and demand to see this film. I am starting to see the value of not advertising, or in the very least, letting the feminists c~~~s do the majority of the work for MGTOW.

It’s all a matter of perspective. I’m not an mra, but I wish them well trying to fight the toxic cesspool of feminism.

If mra’s played their cards right they could turn this into a positive and properly nuke camp feminism.

What feminists have done could be construed as fraud by false representation, because it will cause a loss to the film maker Cassie Jay. If they could crowd fund 200k, them I’m pretty sure they can crowd fund enough to fund a legal case against whoever made the false representations on change.org and against change.org for allowing it. Cassie Jay could also have a claim for defamation. The international jurisdiction element would make it nice and painful for feminists in terms of costs too.

No court is going to allow shutting down free speech like that. I really hope mra’s send in the sharks. I want to see blood in the water and a feeding frenzy of lawyers vs feminists. Such a case would surely grow mgtow

In terms of David Futrelle (aka David Futile) he’s not been hunting many mammoths lately since he tried to take a pop at me in his article a year or two back and we had a thread on here giving him a proper take down. Nice to know your website is floundering Mr Futile, whilst mgtow.com is flourishing. That’s payback

Feminists shut down The Red Pill documentary in Melbourne, Australia yesterday in a massive blow to free speech in Western democracy

Regardless of the content of the movie, this is an excellent propaganda for MGTOW and Red Pill. There is nothing better than having something censored to call attention to it. And there is no greater proof for Red Pill than the censoring of it.

Females with their natural high Machiavellian awarness understand the snowball concept very well. It takes very little for something to go viral around the globe and thus this war on red pill documentary.

I dont think this will change anything though, curious mind will gravitate towards truth as a consequence of life experiences no matter who wins in a war between MRA and post wall dyed red head feminazis.

That said, since OP posted about this i was watching Black Mirror, wow, i am not easily impressed by series and I dont watch any but this is as red pillish, scary and visionary as it gets. Red pills are all over the culture for those who want to see above the blue pill thick fog.

My thinking exactly. If it did not have something to get their panties in a knot. They would not protest.

I just hope they don’t gain momentum.

Deniro had his movie about Autism banned from the Tribeca Film Festival. So they can be annoyingly effective.

I really hope this film makes it out there, reaches some level of exposure.

Pua’s yes they do give women what they want for the short term (sex term) but outside of that no they don’t give women enough power and control over them.

I think any man who would bend his own natural responses, behaviors and actions in the name of higher notch counts — after studying what women respond to better — has already relinquished all of his power and control to women.

If she responded better ( and was more likely to f~~~ ) whenever he clucked and laid an egg ….
A PUA would squat and ask “what color?”.

This i agree with! I have been saying it for years to some of my womanizing male friends. One of them actually agreed with me and said he needs to get out of the PUA lifestyle as it is draining him and preventing him from doing more productive things with his life (all he does is chase tail when he is not at work). But it becomes like a drug addiction. I was always against the PUA concept as changing my personality just to impress women was a strict no no for me. It can be hard due to the strong biological urge to f~~~. But this is something every man needs to learn to take a control of.

This doesn’t suprise me at all.

Feminists who originally backed the documentary refused to have anything to do with it when they found out that it wasn’t going to be a propoganda piece for feminism and instead a balanced look at both sides of the argument.

If anything i find it funny how the billion dollar propoganda organisation Femini$m p~~~es it’s panties over ONE documentary.

The far left are loosing their s~~~ IMO.

    This is great news right?

The uproar/backlash against censorship was a big reason the film was made – more attempted censorship will lead to more backlash.

Win-win. I guarantee you many more men have heard about this film after today than would have heard about it otherwise without this feminist miscalculation.

This aint the 80s anymore. Who needs a theatre screening for a film to be seen?

Internet, bitches! For every 200-seat theatre viewing stopped, 2000 men will now watch online eventually as this story spreads, if for no other reasons than curiosity or to s~~~ on (feminist) censorship.

There are at least 3 counter petitions running against it now – just heard Karen Straughan discussing this, she also wrote a letter to the theatre.

The biggest of the 3 petitions was 800+ signatures more than the feminist one that stopped the screening. That one is by Aussie free speech advocates apparently.

Sorry don’t have links but I’m sure other info will be added to this thread.

Free speech is something a lot of people care about, even if they don’t care about men’s rights.

So a bunch of feminists have blocked the screening of a documentary on the MRA and MGTOW made by a feminist.

    uum

But that is not our problem.

Actually, I remember seeing a clip on this, and what happened was the woman who made the film was part of a feminist organization and they wanted her to make a film on MRAs. So she went and interviewed men like Paul Elam and other MRAs thinking she was going to get a bunch of great material showing what a bunch of sexist monsters these men were. Instead, she got the complete opposite and it changed her views. When the feminist organization found out she wasn’t going to make a hit piece and make an honest documentary instead, they took away her funding and she had to resort to crowd funding to finish the film. Typical feminazi behavior. I’m pretty sure she no longer calls herself a feminist.

I had the same expectations and suspicions, but the reviews indicate otherwise. So, I have a ticket for the November 1 showing in Fairfax, Virginia. I’ll give her a fair hearing.

On a positive note perhaps the filmmaker now gets to experience what Erin Pizzey experienced all those years ago when she tried to open the first battered mens shelter.

This aint the 80s anymore. Who needs a theatre screening for a film to be seen?

Someone whose crowdfunding efforts promised that the movie would be seen in theaters. Someone who is trying to establish a career as a documentary film maker and thus must exhibit her work festivals, galas, judged panels, and the like. Someone who wants her film to be eligible for industry awards, awards which require the film to be screened.

You know, stupid s~~~ like that.
