Oh cripes, I didn’t know that. But what am I saying, men are to thank for basically everything.

I can only think of one decent product that women invented, and that was Proactiv. And even there they must have had male helpers. In fact it wouldn’t surprise me if men discovered the benzoyl peroxide recipe, while women came up with the idea of charging $30 a month for it.

Proactiv? I highly doubt it’s any better than the generic benzoyl peroxide/salicylic acid you can get at any drug store. Actually it’s probably worse because it probably contains “fragrances” and “colors” (that make your skin worse and require you to buy more Proactiv later) that women just can’t ever live without for some reason.

    I’m right about the “fragrances”:

    sodium hyaluronate
    propylene glycol

Yeah you’re right. I once tried Proactiv on a whim, and it did do a decent job. But I stopped buying it because I couldn’t be bothered paying the monthly fee, when there’s plenty of soap down at the supermarket. Anyway, now that I’m in my thirties, I don’t get acne anymore.

If feminists and SJW’s don’t make up the revenue for DC and Marvels why did they give in to them?

Can’t they just say “Sorry, we done our research and this is the product will sale. We have a loyal fan base and want to cater for them. The people who are campaigning for a change don’t make up the majority of our customers.”

    burn them.

    Burn them!

I’m not into comics, but I predict the entire industry will be bankrupt within five to ten years unless they get propped up by a malevolent entity. Baby heart eating guys like George Soros come to mind.

I read the new Iron Man rationale and like to have p~~~ed in my britches I was laughing so hard.

That would be more satisfying. I’ll probably give some to my cousins Godson. He’s 6 and loves superheros. I remember being like that at his age.

I’ll let you guys know what gets burned/sold/given away.

    Fuck this planet.

Another example is this Deadpool Mercs for Money. A sleeper comic hit about a group misfit of mercenaries paid by Deadpool. Pretty good series. Marvel green lit the mini-series to be a ongoing series.

Now, take a look at the picture of the original: http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Mercs_for_Money_%28Earth-616%29

The problem is that Marvel decided they would continue with a new take. This is the new team: http://www.comicbookresources.com/prev_img.php?pid=78666&disp=ilib&oty=1&oid=78988

And the guy they kept only speaks spanish… Yea…

I like most of the characters from both teams. But, this is the poster comparison to “They Changed It Now It Sucks.”

We buy the Mercs for Money series because we like the characters in it. We do not want the characters we liked replaced, we want that team. And while some of the characters are getting solos, I feel the characters work better as a team.

On a side note. Cause I know this going to cause some complaining. I found this picture of Spider-Miles and Spider-Gwen to be cute: http://www.comicbookresources.com/prev_img.php?pid=78680&disp=ilib&oty=1&oid=78988

The problem is storyline wise, Gwen is in college (18 or 19) and Miles is sixteen at best. I am a fan of both characters. I hope that is just a trolling cover, because I do not want to see a bad business discussion wreck those characters.

Statutory rape is A-OK as long as the older person has a VAGINA.

On my own side note, in Marvel NOW bulls~~~ is Peter Parker still married to MJ or what happened with that? I haven’t kept up.

It will still get the woman arrested.

Though, those on the comic forums are hoping that is a trolling cover with Miles having a dream about Gwen.

    That is a little complicated.

Short answer is ten years ago Marvel retconed/erased Peter and MJ’s marriage in the “One More Day” storyline, which p~~~ed off the fan base. The way it was done was horrible. Depending on who is asked, or how it is, or the time of day in that storyline. Either Peter’s ‘friends’ erased his marriage, Peter made a deal with the devil to do so, or MJ made a deal with the devil to do so.

During the Secret Wars event last year, one of the mini-series was “Renew Your Vows” which showed a version of Peter and MJ which were still married, years later. With Peter retired and they have a six year old daughter. The mini-series sold very well.

Then, about six months later, after the DC Convergence storyline, where among other things DC not only brought back a Lois and Clark whom were married. They also had a son. And they ended up hiding out in DC Nu52, in the past.

Then, DC released the eight issue mini-series “Lois and Clark” about this version of Lois and Clark and their young son, Jon. Set to the present, their kid is five years old and starting school. The issues sold so well that DC decided to kill off the other Superman and make this Clark the main superman with his son also gaining powers. And the issues with the New/Old/Father Superman are selling very well.

So now, Marvel has seen how these Superman issues are selling. So, they making a sequel mini-series to “Renew Your Vows”, called “One More Chance”. And given the hints in the Spider-man comics about the of undoing the “One More Day” And in someway acknowledge Peter and MJ’s marriage. Even if it was just them remembering what happened.

Personally, I like Peter and MJ’s marriage. And the AU Spider-girl series (With Peter and MJ’s daughter May grown up to a teenager) was very good. The series lasted over a hundred issues.

I’ll stick with Conan the Barbarian and Lobo.

Other than those two, I’m fine with reading Manga.

That pretty much sums it up.

Though, for storylines, Spider Island, Spider-Verse, and Spider-Women (not woman, women) are good. But, read the Spider-girl series first.

And if you like Spider-girl check out Spider-Gwen. Which is pretty much that series spiritual successor. Which is humorous because in the comic series timeline(s) May (Spider-Girl/Woman) and Gwen (Spider-Gwen/Woman) from different realities know each. They are friends and Gwen is around a year older than May.
