HR in an office, or medical center is bad enough. Even more f~~~ing useless is in a warehouse or distribution center, like where i work. The rest of us show up, work til our backs are sore. Meanwhile the short haired blonde bitch in HR sits behind a computer all day. What does she do that is worth 30 or 40 bucks an hour ? She makes a scedule, that hardly ever changes. She types up some little papers that let you know the pepsi machine is out of order. Then she walks around trying to start up conversation with people who’re trying to work.

HR is the most usless job on earth. Just have a regular manager sit down for an hour and make the scedule, print some instructional papers to notify employee’s that the vending machine is broken … and HR can be eliminated for good.

From my experience HR departments are only worth the time and money only if its a company that has a workforce in the thousands that are split up on numerous outlets and subdivisions; they are supposed to be an in company bureaucracy that guarantees that all outlets and subdivisions are properly manned with the best qualified people. Proper HR is not there to handle petty bulls~~~ nor to hand hold any special snowflake, its there to keep the company’s machine supplied with proper meat and blood.

HR in a workforce smaller than 1000 is usually there to keep some pretentious c~~~s occupied for a number of reasons. In such small numbers a group of on site managers and an overseeing director are more than enough to handle the hiring and assignments. The bureaucracy is only needed on the big stuff.

The funny part is companies are starting to fire or layoff H.R. C~~~s nowadays, companies are ignoring them. I know 1 who was a eye candy c~~~ who got laid off at my company. My ex gf got laid off from a medical company. Both in H.R.
