Today, a lady in HR got s~~~canned after a long time coming. The funny thing is, another woman got her fired. Anyway, the owner of the company where I work has a daughter running one of the branches of the company. She dresses provocatively, like a whore, but no big deal.

Anyway, the feminist HR lady had major issues with it. She went on and on about how unprofessional it was to dress that way, and how it was demeaning to women in general. Not to mention, the HR lady is question was always stirring s~~~ up, filing complaints over nothing, causing a stink.

So, today she got the kiss of death and was s~~~canned. I always find it funny. According to feminist dogma, women in revealing clothing is either the worst thing or the best thing. \

But then again, it was bittersweet knowing that all her other s~~~ was largely ignored, it was only when she f~~~ed with another woman that everyone’s complaints were taken seriously. Yay gynocentric.

Fire them all. Feminism is a cancerous ideology in the workplace environment and especially as a model for ethical guidelines to abide by. I always read about people’s viewpoints/experiences with HR on this site and I took it at face value since I never got an upfront experience myself. Boy oh boy, when I did, I saw just how corrupt they are. Apologies in advance for this long post, I need to let out this red pill rage.

They will twist everything you say in order to create a scenario that makes you an aggressor and themselves a victim, no matter how stupid it sounds.

In my last line of work, I was a Professional Ballroom dance instructor. The workplace policy enforced disciplinary punishment in response to sexual harrassment toward coworkers. At the same time, the policies stated that you were allowed to date your coworkers. At the same time, my ex-boss stated that you need to be flirtatious on the job with your coworkers in order to get in character and sell. Everything was contradicting to the core.

One of the workers liked me. Anti-Feminist tradcon who dresses like a skanky whore. Realized she couldn’t get with me. Damaged her ego. Started gas lighting me and trying to make me look like an aggressor in front of customers. Tells me I make her feel uncomfortable right in front of them when we’re practicing. Acts like she likes me one day, gets bitchy and cold with me the next day. I could see through all the bulls~~~ and I was predicting every step. Confronted her and the boss multiple times, told them I’m a celibate Christian (it was necessary) who has no intentions of sleeping with my coworkers, so stop trying to create these scenarios like I’m trying to push myself on you. I don’t want to be accussed of sexual harrassment. She repeats her behaviors, boss is too much of a mangina to see through her masks. He takes it to HR.

Hr hears my side of the story, they come to a ridiculous conclusion; I’m a misogynist who pushes my sexuality into the work place by telling my coworkers I’m celibate, I hate dancing with women (I don’t know how this one is even mildly relevant), I have an “ego” that wants to be satisfied in the workplace at the expense of my coworkers and I’m not fit for this job because I don’t know what it’s like to be a “real” dancer (I have 8 years dance experience, these chicks barely have 2 months, but vagina). Quit right then and there. She was shocked, she thought I was gonna take her s~~~. Heck no. Signed onto this site right after.

The moment a job ever takes anything to HR, I’m quitting on the spot. There’s no point, by virtue of having a penis, you’ve already lost. I don’t get how these vile pieces of trash get into such a position of authority. They must put “daddy issues” on their resume when applying and that gets them hired right away.

I hope they keep firing eachother amongst themselves. Let the workplace become a warzone between feminists and anti-feminists. Leave the hardworking, good hearted good men out of it. Ideal scenario.

I’m going on record to say Feminist HR c~~~s are the most useless aspect of any business and will be THE FIRST to go when the s~~~ comes down. Could still take a while, but one day there will be a mass enema of HR departments nationwide and they will start to vanish as quickly as they sprung up. The corporate Vinegar&Perrier douche… straight up the t~~~ of anyone thinks they are an essential part of a nutritious business.

I won’t speak about my personal dealings because I could go on for a f~~~ing month about this…… but my mother was a registered nurse and she doesn’t f~~~ around. She’s a woman, but she would love to slap every politically correct / HR c~~~ right into next week.

When she started out as a nurse, it was just about being a nurse and doing her job well and she liked it. Then one day after some 15 years of working there, a “nurse Ratchet” supervisor called all the nurses into the office for “evaluations” and began asking those dumb-c~~~ing questions like “so what are you FLAWS?”.

She looked at her through her eyebrows and said “FLAWS??. I don’t have any “flaws” to speak with you about. Can I get back to work now? There are people dying.”. For the rest of her tenure at the hospital, nobody asked her that stupid f~~~ing HR c~~~ing question again, and the bitch was eventually canned too.

Only a moron who isn’t interested in doing their BEST would start talking about their “flaws”.

Thank god I have only had a few issues.

One was really funny. I got fired for talking to a girl in the office; just conversation no hitting on her or anything suggestive. They said that I did something. I fought back and said “what did I do; I want to know”. They shut up; they had nothing.

Now the real funny bit. I got hired back after the found out they could not easily replace me and my coworkers stood up for me. The best part is that I was to work remote. HAHA
