There was a great article in my local newspaper noting 12 teaching positions were being cut within the local school district. This is a small school district with about 3,600 students in total, so 12 positions is quite a big overhaul of the staff. I believe 2 of the positions were STEM so likely 8-9+ of the other 10 will be women losing their jobs. The sole reason for these cuts were due to a continuously declining model of student enrollment, partially due to the cesspool California has become – most decent people have already moved away – and I would never consider raising children here, it would not be fair to them, and partially due to declining birthrates in the US which I would largely blame on feminism and the current dating culture.

The funny thing is, these women cannot escape their own culture-raping attitudes, and now that men don’t want anything to do with them, birthrates will continue to decline and their teaching and nursing positions will continue to decline and be cut. LMFAO!!! They will be saddled with their student loan debt and their bitterness from Femmy Studies classes and they still won’t get and/or keep that job that makes them a “strong independent” woman….

I’ve always known it was just a matter of time before useless professions (like “HR” t~~~ts) would be sacked. They are entirely good-for-nothing and actually PREVENT companies from getting great talent and highly skilled employees. The way they interview and screen is a an embarrassment.

I once passed an HR bitch who asked that question on the phone, and all I could give her was a condescending eyebrow raise and disapproving inward breath. If I were the CEO of that company, I would have sent her packing – RIGHT THERE – for asking these stupid questions, especially before a first meeting.

My mom told me this MANY years ago. She was a registered nurse for like 20 years already, when a supervisor once came in and started with this PC “what are your faults” s~~~. She actually gave the supervisor s~~~ for that. “My FLAWS? If I thought I had any flaws at work, I would FIX them. And since we’re in the business of saving lives, there is no room for FLAWS here. What kind of a question is that? DO you mind? I have to get back to WORK.” Her superior got really uncomfortable and that was all she could do.

The workplace is a place to show your BEST traits, not your WORST. Remind the HR hiring department of that and insist we get on with being professionals. They would know nothing about that.

P.S. When any system raises the costs of doing business and services for one another, in the end we must do it ourselves and sever the economic connections that feed this leach between us, we serve ourselves and avoid the leach all together. By this I mean the worthless people holding all the dollars that can’t do a god damned thing to legitimately earn them will be holding a pile of worthless dollars that keep falling in value.

Women are in the worst possible position because they collectively are the leaches the leach off the system.

Sorry ladies, I don’t have time to fix your problem unless you give me a pile of dollars to make it worth my while after paying the leaches what they want. Otherwise I take care of myself, I’m not entitled to your gynocentric privileges.

The public school system really doesn’t make a lot of sense. If you started from scratch, no one ever design a system like this and think it’s a good idea.

A couple weeks ago, I attend my daughter’s choir concert. These days, they do the PTA meeting before the concert so people are forced to do the PTA. PTA p~~~es me off, but that’s a whole other matter. Anyway, the announced the district is have another Bond election going coming up. If the bond passes, it will raise my property taxes about $150 a year, yet my kids school is only going to see some minor repairs. What worse is that the school already collects more than enough in taxes to cover this and everything else they want to do with the bond…they simply aren’t allowed to use it. Nope, state law says that anything collected above the standard line must go to the state to redistributed to the poorer districts.

I’m going to vote no, but I’d be shocked if it doesn’t pass.

Anyway communication, real open communication, is not wanted or even required in a relationship. Women cannot handle fully open and honest communication, plus most perceive it as a weakness on the part of a man. All that is required is catering to her whims, and even then nothing is certain.
