Heh. In the few times I have dealt with the hamster wheel of logic I have found that unlimbering the “C~~~ Cannon” to be most effective in throwing the hamster into apocalyptic seizures.

I just say “You are behaving like a c~~~.” in a calm level voice while meeting her eyes.

I simply don’t answer them when they attempt arguing and most of the time I walk away.

I learned a long time ago that men attempt to present logical discourse and women will have none of it. They usually resort to emotional tantrums and ad hominem attacks.

100% agree. The second a woman starts to get emotional, I walk away and ask her to get back to me when we can discuss the issue rationally. If she does get back to you, you come to quick resolution, or she’ll try and start it up again. She lost her chance, we’re done. Doesn’t matter if it’s your mother, same story. She will try and tell you your weak for not engaging her or some other s~~~. Just don’t do it.

I really wish I had understood this when I was married. I don’t know that it would have made a difference, but sure would have made life more pleasant for me.

Usually with women folk the argument is never about what you think it’s about.

Usually its just the same argument over and over, the only thing that changes is what triggers the argument.

Usually they just need someone to yell at, and want to see someone grovel at their feet.
