How do you get in negative 100?

Ask him, as I think we were over run with trolls back then. I can’t remember. It was enviable though.

I think MG-TOWER was up to negative 100 for doing absolutely nothing wrong and I always envied him for it.

Remember that! I was calling those c~~~ invaders out for who they were, they had to have a little boiler room operation, it was like getting hit with a machine gun, it was around the time that c~~~ from Baltimore kept signing up, I think I told her to GTFO!

That was prior to c~~~ punts and the litter box.

Going as far as having “sworn enemies”? Interesting, do we get battleaxes and maillots? Sounds like it could be fun, no punches pulled or hiding behind anonymity like a c~~~…

Mate don’t bother… I’ve got insomnia and absolutely hate this, it can really affect your life in a dangerous way. I wouldn’t wish it on any guy.

I think this site could benefit from an open debate section with feminists… it might just stop our own members from turning on each other. I have noticed this behaviour not just in this thread but quite a few others and it kinda puts me in doubt sometimes about whether or not I made the right decision in joining here in the first place. Whilst I don’t agree with the supernatural BS and pseudoscience, I refrain from participating in those types of threads to avoid creating a scene.

You better run and hide before Keymaster reads this! RUN!

We work to scrub this place clean of clam juice and YOU want suction cups all over the place, you’re new here aren’t you?

No,..Just no… F~~~ that. I’m done arguing with feminists. Arguing with them is like arguing with a spitting goat:

F~~~ arguing with feminists. It’s just not worth it. I’d rather save my sanity.

As for the OP, I’d never do what you’re suggesting of doing. Insomnia sucks b~~~~. I went through a mild form of it when I was in college. I hated every minute of it. I’d rather get 8-10 hours of sleep every night. It restores everything from your body to your mind.

Going days without sleep is like arguing with a feminist and willingly let her nag you to death. Just don’t do it.

I’m not being serious about it btw, I’m pointing out that I’m seeing more posts of members turning on each other. Yes I’m new here. Going through a divorce and a criminal case following serious false allegations from my wife who’s a foreigner now enjoying the perks of feminism in the UK with a permanent stay, protection, anonymity, benefits etc. it’s been lingering on for over a year and I just got tired one day and started researching/browsing till I found this place (though I did hear references of it in the past, might have been on BBC at one point I think – not sure).

Still angry over it to the point I hate them all (I think this is what you refer to as ‘blue pill hell’ or something) so please excuse my posts if they get too extreme, I think it’ll get more calm once these cases are all over and I can move on/have some peace again… actually I don’t know where I am, I just hate it, but I’m also indifferent – hard to explain. So much s~~~ is happening.

I push the limits, so don’t judge what you see here off of me……although I doubt you are. You should have seen me around liberals years ago when I was in school.

But to get back on topic if you are “preparing” your body for difficult times here is a good fitness regimen (or adaptation regimen if you would prefer to call it that).

-Work up to 20-40 miles of continuous walking with 0-30lbs (endurance)
+Most situations like this people will not be running around like Call of Duty but rather walking to places. If you are carrying gear do not carry more than 50lbs (preferably 30 or under) as the “efficiency” of movement begins to deteriorate (I can include studies if you wish, or personal experience)

    -Chopping/Splitting/hand sawing wood (endurance/speed/reflexes/mobility/power)
+In event of “grid down” or just “flat broke and poor” you will need wood for fires assuming you are outside of the city. Chopping down dead trees and/or sawing the wood up by hand requires alot of energy
-Swinging a sledgehammer at a tire (6lb or under, no heavier but I can explain later) can replace this for “fitness”.
+The same muscles and movements in these activities DO transfer over to self defense and hand to hand combat, whether it is throwing a strike or swinging an object. Will it make you an “unstoppable mma fighter”? No, but you will be able to hand the average guys ass (200lb) back to him on a plate. A separate thread can be written on the correlative relationship between certain physical labors and there help in hand to hand combat.

-Log carry over shoulder 50-100lbs (strength). Just carry a log, or similiar object (sandbag, etc.), over your shoulder and walk for 100-300 yards, then switch shoulders. This will work for “overall strength” as a good bench press doesn’t work in most real labor situations…also if the grid goes down or you are broke, maintaining your bench will not be an option and you will lose that strength anyhow. Just doing this activity along with chopping wood, and I can throw 150lbs of feed over my shoulder and confuse the f~~~ out of my neighbors.

    -Fasting
+Going for 3-5 days without food and only water (make sure to stay hydrated, do not practice being dehydrated)

    -Plenty of Sleep
+They say, the “experts” I mean, that around 7 hours is enough, but I would recommend 8-10 if you are able to. Under condition where things “break down” or you are “homeless” you will have plenty of time outside of basic work.

This is what I mainly do for fitness, and some of my coworkers think I bench 400lbs. All of this is good for your joints in the long run if you follow correct form (just keep you back/posture straight) and are fundamentally natural movements are ancestors used in survival.
