Isn’t this one of those times that math explained themselves out of reality? Go too deep into probabilities and never come back. They have a 0.0000000019% chance of returning to reality.

Actually, real scientists know when and where science is applicable. And when it isn’t.

When asked a question like: “Is there anything after death?” or “Is there a meaning to the universe? or “Are we all just a simulation?” a good, honest scientist will say something like: “I don’t know. It’s not testable, so it’s not something science can answer.”

That’s not what Musk is doing here.

Musk is a competent software engineer, but he’s much moreso a self promoter. But be that as it may, as a man he should know better than to go back to marry the same woman twice, and as an engineer he should damn well know better than to comment on ontological matters.
