So I played around with job sites. I put in the job search fields jobs that men usually do. The choices aren’t few. But they are all bulls~~~. Long lists of part time jobs, barely above minimum wage jobs etc. The only decent jobs that would offer any future required a very specific degree. In most cases they say experience minimum of one year etc. Not many willing to train being posted. So for young men starting their lives, they will either need to get lucky, or somehow get through our feminist run colleges to obtain a very specific degree.

We all know they want men to pay into the system. They want men to provide 18 years of free paychecks to the women, after they take their kids away 90% of the time in court. But it seems they may have a new transitional strategy of how to decimate the male race. That strategy is to be economic warfare against young men. Limiting the opportunity’s of young males when they reach the age of entering the workforce.

I personally couldn’t stand college anymore and took up a dead end job. The cranky middle aged teachers could sense right off the bat I wasn’t a SJW white knight. They gave me below average grades. And the culture surrounding me made me sick. The options for current and future young males looks like a swirling cyclone of birds~~~ to me. Could it be the new strategy for keeping men pinned down, is economic meltdown ?

Oh yea there’s a plan to reduce us to infrastucture mantaince workers only. A lot of guys consider tradesman work to escape females. But two problems. If your Intellegence is higher you won’t use your brain to it’s its fullest capacity and you will be bored and frustrated. Also that plays right into there plan to make us physical work drones for there be benefit only.I think it’s important to not give up ,mabey start your own business and hire Men only. (Yes the’ll attack that I know) Please dont give up young guys!!

Then drive it all into real estate.

I’m a little nervous about that. We never corrected the problems that lead to the 2007/08 mini-crash (trust me, it was “mini” compared to what it should have been).

I’m in Seattle where the prices are ridiculous. If I buy a half million dollar crapshack, I’m depending on the idea that some millenial will be able to buy it from me for more than I paid for it in 10-20 years. Somehow that just doesn’t add up.

    Am I missing something?

Man bashing is all women know. Who actually remembers 50+ years ago before all the hatred of men started?

Just in telling them F~~~ OFF AND DIE puts you WAAAAAAAAY AHEAD OF THE GAME! The F~~~ OFF AND DIE clause is one they never saw coming, it’s pig-iron square in face!

You can slab a FOD clause on anything and walk away, it’s that simple…

I actually just tried to move back to Washington to buy a house and start over, but I turned around and left right back to Minnesota after I saw the $500,000 “crapshacks” you’re talking about. Even in bum f~~~ing Bellingham the prices are insane. Minnesota isn’t the best place to live (hence, why I wanted to move back to Washington), but Washington has really went to s~~~ with all the Asians buying up all the houses and driving real estate prices into the stratosphere. And your traffic there in INSANE. $188,000,000 to expand the freeway by 1 lane. That’s not going to do s~~~. I lived in Washington about 10 years ago and it was NOT like that. I don’t know what the hell happened, but I’m glad to escape the hellhole that it’s become. I highly recommend moving.

I’ve read from more than one real estate investor that you should never pay more than 8 times the annual rent for a rental property. So if you can rent for 1,000 a month, or 12,000 a year, the most you should pay for the property is $96k.

In most cities right now you can’t buy a cardboard box for $96k, and then no way can you get $1k per month in rent for it. You’re right Bigvs, not the time in most places to buy real estate. But as the baby boom gets older, any services that they can’t do for themselves will become more and more valuable.

Men route around any and all obstacles. Yes, there is a war against men. It will fail.

You simply refuse to play on their terms. There are so many skills that one can acquire and perfect that are in demand. Our task is to find them and exploit the opportunities.

If you ever go into rental properties, just remember one bad tenant can cause multiple tens of thousands of dollars of damages often out of pure spite. Many people who rent are not exactly responsible citizens and have entitlement mentalities.

Just get a STEM degree, not like women are in most of those classes.

In my science courses specifically there were ever only a handful of girls, and only white and asian at that. They were all very friendly and actually were fit too. But this was a long time ago I guess. Maybe they watered even that down.

I would not have my business w/o my STEM degree. No gender studies BS either at least not 30 years ago.

I pay about $1600/mo for the 2bdrm apartment I’m in here. That works out to $153,600 by your rule.

Nothing in this area sells for any less than about 2-3 times that amount. And I mean nothing – not even a lower quality property (condo whatever).

I think the asian factor may diminish though as China is apparently putting the serious kibosh on exporting large sums of cash. I think a lot of the asian buyers are in for a shock when they realize some millenial with a bag full of money and a box full of stupid is not going to be showing up anytime soon to buy their “investment” for more than they paid for it.

They may be ok with that though – many bought outright purely for immigration purposes via the EB-5 “buy a green card today” program.

You know you only have to invest 500k to qualify? That barely buys a low-end house around here.

This. Or if you have the stomach for it, get a medical degree (I don’t have the stomach for it, which is why I got a STEM degree instead).

It’s really not that bad. If you have the drive to make your skills as marketable as possible, you can relatively get into any field you want. You just need the network and skills to go along with your resume.

Renting is also great in certain areas, but like @chauvinistpig said, one bad tenant could cause tens of thousands of dollars in damage out of pure spite. Especially if you rent to women.

Trades are great, but the older you get, the more wear and tear they do to your body. I’d only go into them if you plan on staying in great athletic shape for the rest of your life.

But if you want a great paycheck, either go into Business Administration, Med school, or a STEM field such as engineering.

And college classes are really only annoying in gen ed classes. But for core classes, they’re pretty great.

That’s why I say it’s a bubble. There was a demand bubble. Liar loans, etc. When that crashed, they propped values up with low interest rates. If / when interest rates go up, that bubble bursts and prices come back down. I don’t know when, but I would think that it has to eventually. And God help you if you trust the Fed to walk the tightrope of slowly bringing rates back up without screwing it up. That’s way more trust in the Federal Reserve than I have.

Well, this is actually proven that society is intentionally limiting men work and opportunity options since the economic problems of 2008.

In response, many men have been turning their focus on what they have. Including, their bodies. Many men whom have nothing else to do decide to exercise. Like prisoners use to do in prisons use to be, before the prisons banned bodybuilding. Where men are just using their time to become physically stronger.

You can read an article on the concept here: http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-08-15/meet-spornosexual-how-weak-economy-sparked-selfie-generation

If you walk into a retail store you will notice that most of the employees are women with women bosses.

With nearly all of the merchandise geared toward Women the only men there are in the back doing all of the hard work and they get treated badly or fired if you make the slightest mistake and it keeps getting worse.

The femenized bitch city where I live is in a building boom phase. Ive never seen anything like it. Im not an economist, i dont own any realistate. But common sense tells me when the real estate market is booming way out of proportion compared to the rest of the econemy, something ain’t right. Be careful.

I would be real careful about attributing your failures (below average grades) to someone else’s prejudices. I am not saying that is not the case here, but that can be come a very bad habit rather quickly. When you start blaming everything on everyone else, you lose your ability to solve your own problems.

    Ok. Then do it.
