    Hey guys,

I left New Zealand a month or so back after staying there another 6 years (been there 10 years total) to be with my son whos mother is a Kiwi. I am British.

I tried taking my son with me but my c~~~ ex put a court order in place to stop me (so she says), and I left in the hopes of coming back to NZ with a British passport for him and leaving, somehow.

Since leaving New Zealand it has affected my son. He has run away from school during the day, wasn’t found until 5 hours later in another f~~~ing town. 2 police cars were out looking for him. He also went in someones house and took their car keys for some reason. My son is 9 in a month. He has also, on numerous occasions, left his grandads house in the middle of night while his mother was on night shift working and just walked the streets. Police have brought him home several times.

Im am deeply worried that he will either be kidnapped, murdered or raped, or child services will take him away. He has NEVER done this while in my care. He has told me on many occasions that he hates living with his mother, who is a lazy land-whale, and wants to come to the UK to live with me.

All my UK family are behind me and are urging me to take legal proceedings to get custody of my son but I havnt a f~~~ing clue what to do. I’m not a resident of New Zealand and they are very against Kiwi born kids leaving the country if there is a parental dispute.

I tried reasoning with the land whale on skype this morning and the c~~~ hung up on me, then said she was going to show what I wrote to ‘ the authorities’.

I’m f~~~ing sick to death of this bitch. She thinks she owns our child and shes the boss and in control.

She wont even consider quitting her s~~~ night job so he doesn’t jump out the window again.

I believe i dont have a leg to stand on being a father. (Knowing what family courts do to good men like me.)

I’m dreading that the next phone call will be from the fat c~~~ telling me my son has been killed or gone missing for 24 hours.

My son wants to be with me because I am the much better parent who takes him everywhere and does things with him and feeds him properly.

I can’t function properly here anymore knowing this, its driving me f~~~ing mental…

Damn man, that is rough. Do what you can within the legal system to get full custody, or do your best to convince the mom that he would be better off with you, not much else you can do.

She’s a stubborn peice of s~~~, its never gunna happen on her say so. I will have to take legal proceedings. And even then i can see it all going to s~~~.

Let’s just thank our lucky stars you have legal recourse but most women appear under the radar. You have my utmost respect. I understand parental alienation it’s worse when you have daughters

    Thanks man.

To add to my grief, my c~~~ mother is siding with my ex and will prob help her in court proceedings.

You said your ex put a court order in place to stop you taking son out of NZ and then wrote “SO SHE SAYS”. Do you know for sure she has such a court order? If not, can’t you just go back with British Passport and have him leave with you? Call a NZ attorney and ask. That’s what I’d do. Or at least ask NZ attorney how to initiate custody proceedings. Most of us on here won’t know a lot about NZ law when it comes to trying to establish custody of kid in country outside NZ, but I’m sure you can quickly google NZ attorneys who would be happy to give you info pretty quickly. Email like 3 of them and see which ones get back with you quick.

In meantime, just know YOURE DOING ALL YOU CAN which is all that matters at this point. You’re here asking questions, you obviously love your son and you are a caring Dad or wouldn’t even bother to make this post.

Dude, your son needs a man. There is no better man than his father. I’ve only ever witnessed one single mom worth a s~~~, and she is an Asian immigrant.

A MGTOW exfiltration mission is warranted.

Question: In my State, a child can decide at age 14 with which parent he wants to live. Does NZ have such a thing?

I’m sure she has, its a pretty easy thing to do. It amazes how she wants him to stay in the country when she does absolutely f~~~ all with him and its a burden to her. Shes so fat she can barely walk half a mile without giving up.

She sits on her fat ass all day playing facebook games.

As soon as i left the uk she wrote me messages on skype saying how my son was suddenly heavily into skateboarding and that she was taking him to the skate park almost everyday which is complete horse s~~~. Just to make herself look good.

MY son would have a much better life here with me. He’d be in f~~~ing heaven. He’s have alot of family as well. But she wants to deprive him of that because in New Zealand the kiwi way of life is best and she suffers violently from tall poppy syndrome.

Shes like her dad and has an irrational chip on her shoulder regarding Brits.

I’m not sure man, no idea. But thats 5 years away. This c~~~ has robbed me of enough years, I’ll be damned if I’m letting her take my son away too.

It’s possible it could be earlier there. The international thing slightly complicates things for you. Your boy does not like living with her, and she knows it too. She’s using him to dig at you.

F~~~ them, I like Brits most Americans do, and we fought you twice.

The c~~~ looks like jabba the hut and still thinks shes a 10 at almost 50 years old. Shes one of those deluded, im so f~~~ing special regardless of my hairy legs and armpits, newly grown facial hair and folds of flab types.

Her other 3 kids to her ex husband hate her and never come to see her. Gee I wonder why?

You had to get notice of that, I assume? You had to be given an opportunity to come to some court hearing give your side of the story??

LOL then why did she marry a Brit….duh!!!!!!!!!!

WTF is with NZ and not wanting Kiwi people to leave??? Sounds weird, bro, almost like a cult not letting the members leave the building.

One thing that will go against me is a common assault charge against me for shoving her in 2014 i think it was. She bowled over like a tub of lard and smacked her head on the inside of the kitchen door frame and screamed the neighbourhood down like a deranged banshee over and over again. I was arrested shortly after she ran to the near by medical centre hamming it up like the c~~~ she is. F~~~ing fatty two shoes.

I never intended for her to fall over and hit her head, i just shoved her in anger after a heated argument after she left her period blood all over the f~~~ing toilet seat for the 100th billionth time. Hideous c~~~.

Yes I went to court and said it was an accident. The c~~~ still convicted me. Spent the night in a cell.

Didn’t think about that. No, i received nothing. So shes prob bulls~~~ting then again these c~~~s can do s~~~ behind your back without the authorities notifying you.

Lol we were never married. F~~~ that. New Zealand is a very f~~~ed up place. Not all Kiwis are bad, but the majority are f~~~ing backward as f~~~.

It’s basically a colonial outpost hick country.

Dont worry, dude. The past is the past. Cant change it. Just tell all that to the lawyer and he will tell you what next step is. The bottom line YOU HAVE OPTIONS. You can still be there for your son. Once you start taking LITTLE STEPS, the next steps won’t be so bad and before you know it you’ll be far along to being in his life.
