    I do not know if it is a legal possibility,……………..but if it is I would have some kind of pre baby agreement. Like a pre nup just dealing with the child. My house, my car, my paycheck and 50% of the responsibility, 50% of the time, 50% on bills like school and health care, even split no ifs ands or buts. IF she wants to bail and leave the child then that is ok also.
