Hey fellas,
This has been bugging me for awhile now, and it’s really hard to sink this in but…I’ve been hearing more from you and seeing articles on this site about Cohabitation and the laws pertaining to that.
Some poster shares a few articles that in actually well most of the Canadian provinces, after some time, a couple living together will be considered same as married couple. And this is considered constitutional? Ok but what if they are not in intimate relationships and are only renting together? Could the government say that you are still husband and wife?
Anyway so let’s say that a woman lives in your place for that amount of time, but you are not married. Then what happens? And what can she do to YOU once that time of being considered a couple, approaches? Will you have to give up your house if she decided to dump you? Also would you have to pay alimony if she had any kids?
Has this happened to anyone on the board? I am really curious to find out. I want to know the most ROYAL screw you in the ass kind of cases so that I can push it onto my blue pill-purple pill friends. I also want to strengthen and prepare myself if a woman does come on to me with that s~~~.

What if she is only a roommate?
Love is just alimony waiting to happen. Visit mgtow.com.
What if she is only a roommate?
Yes. Could the gov, and parasitic lawyers swarm in and take ALL of your s~~~ away?

IN Canada with out degenerate Liberal government, Trudeau and Kathlyn Wynn in power, they may as well say “Well taxes are not enough, you now also have to pay alimony, and well housing for the X bitch and her offspring, in the name of the greater good, s~~~iety and just because we want you to be more masculine”.
I wonder how far the government will push this s~~~ ya know? The cohabitation laws are ridiculous. Can you at least get a prenup so as to save yourself? Or that will get overwritten too?

I think the idea is to slave any guy to a woman. They don’t give a s~~~ about having sex, just buddies or whatever.
Someone has to pay for the welfare of women …. and that my friend is you.
I’m fully expecting to get vaginamony letter from a female copilot if the flight is more that 6 hours.
You know … because she became dependent on me.
It’s not about logic. It’s about extraction.
If this is the case, than another man could rent/cohabitate/roommate/dorm mate etc. and you may get jammed up as well. Especially, when one takes into consideration gay marriage today. I live with no one and never will. Common sense, don’t risk it. You must cover your ASSets fellas.

I have direct experience with some of the above……
In terms of a female roommate (non married, no sex, no relations~~~) you need to have her co-sign a rental agreement and clearly state bill (rent, hydro, internet, etc) separation (what she pays) in that document as well as eviction and or lease abandonment clauses plus move out costs. Also in this document make sure to get a driver’s license number and or SIN (Canada) number on there. If she does not want to sign kick her to the curb as something is fishy. You will HAVE to get this notarized by a PROFESSIONAL, it will cost you a little but be worth it. The next part is you have to make sure she signs the rental lease as a TENANT in front of the landlord along with you signature. These are very critical pieces of documents that you need to guard with your life as they will save your ass. Lastly KEEP ALL YOUR BILL RECEIPTS of everything you pay for or co-pay for and I mean everything, food, hydro, internet… whatever it is you pay for keep an official record of the receipt (hard copy and scanned copy). A paper trail in your favour will give you a favourable result. These steps sound hard but let me tell you it has saved my ass to have all my ducks in a row and a little chuckle to watch the female cry cause she got screwed trying to screw me.
Now with a wife or girlfriend this is a very sticky process, you should still do the above before you are living with them but also you should look into getting a prenup. You do not have to be married or getting married to have a prenup, you can put anything into a prenup and it is designed to protect you in case of something happens. For example if there is a split you can agree that you get the house or you both leave it and find other places to live etc. The one glitch to a prenup is that she has to agree with it as well, also kids will throw a monkey wrench in it sometimes. I do not have any kids but I know people that got their nups thrown out because it did not favour the kids.

Anonymous43lol do not cohabitate!!!!!!!!
If she leaves a tampon in yer bathroom and a search warrant finds it, you are cohabitating. Congrats, you won moron of the year. Why would you have a tampon? duh!
She can then claim thousands of dollars in purchases you will have to make good on because you threw out all her s~~~ and the receipts. The nasty man threw it all away your honor.
condoms are full of yer man goo and that s~~~ gets everywhere, one drop can repopulate Delaware. bleach then incinerate everything within 50 yards of your orgasmic ejaculation. wrap it all in plastic and bury it in the desert deep deep deep into the earth.
God help you if you cohabitate and she has a child of any kind, someone elses mistake is now yours, “Daddy.” kid thinks you are daddy, tag yer it! shoot yer self if the kid is special needs/special ed…you r on the hook for 21 years, not 18. Dude you are so f~~~ing blessed.
May God strike you dead if there are any marks on her when the sheriff comes to sort things out between you and your special snowflake…a picked zit is a blood stain on your hands pal. You are going to go away for assault, battery, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, bodily injury, attempted murder, rape basically you are so f~~~ing f~~~ed. she slams her face into a door, slams her hand in a cabinet or twists her own wrist, you are in deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep s~~~.
Why would you take the risk of making a zillion mini yous, end up in jail, end up at the daddy daughter dance at the preschool, lose all yer s~~~ and freedom so you can plunge your steely hard throbbing manhood into some quivering flower of fragility. lol don’t be stupid.
In practice I’d say you have to prove that she wasn’t your ‘life partner’ and she just has to say she was. As long as you treat women like a vindictive HR department and document everything like Solidus says you can at least make a case to defend yourself if/once the s~~~ hits the fan.
I got my ex to sign all kinds of paperwork before she left containing in plain text that she left me and thats the reason why service x needed to be cancelled. I remember her complaining to a friend that she had to do more paperwork than her divorce.
The irony of that one of course is that I helped her with her divorce papers back then like the complete f~~~ing douche I was.
Papertrail, papertrail papertrail. As in business as with relationships the only things that matter is what you can prove or disprove. Women have it easy in that regard, they will be believed based on the absence of a penis alone.

I can not emphasis enough to create a paper trail for everything if you are with a woman.

Here’s the law in the U.S.:
3. You both must intend to be married.
4. You both must hold yourself out to friends and family as being a married couple such as:
Taking the same last name;
Referring to each other in public as “husband” or “wife;”
Joint bank accounts;
Joint credit cards.http://family.findlaw.com/marriage/common-law-marriage.html
Don’t do these things. Keep your finances separate and do not imply to people that you are married or planning to get married.
Ok but what if they are not in intimate relationships and are only renting together? Could the government say that you are still husband and wife?
The government will say just about anything to get its filthy paws into your wallet.
In some states simply allowing someone to live with you more then 30 days gives them tenant rights.
I think it’s the governments way of saying they want to offload some of the expense of homelessness to those who are paying rent. Even with more women working the deadbeat more often seems to be the women.

This.
When it comes at a legal diatribe involving sex with women the man is by default guilty until he can prove the opposite, and the woman is right by default.
Pussy is always supposed to come at a price, the penis is always supposed to come for free: laws and attitude simply reflects such fact.Do NOT marry.
Do NOT cohabitate.
Do NOT share a bank account with her: it’s dangerous, too, even if you do not cohabitate with her.
Do NOT give her the keys of your home.SUPREME LEADER KIM JONG-UN'S FASHION STYLIST - if you want a new look or if you're a very beautiful trans you can call me, phone number +85079255312 / mobile 01921421211. So if you don’t rent the room to a woman it’s discrimination and if you do you’re cohabitating. You know a woman wrote those laws because you’re “Dammed if you do and damned if you don’t”.

Wow! Not renting to a woman when you need a roommate will be the next crazy lawsuit that will hit men. Nothing is too bizarre these days, so expect it!
When it comes at a legal diatribe involving sex with women the man is by default guilty until he can prove the opposite, and the woman is right by default.
And proving the opposite can be very expensive if she and the government are determined to get into your wallet. Even if you win it will still cost you.
It’s better to avoid the whole issue.
No cohabitation. No exceptions.

Any chance you could elaborate on this one? As in how did she come about trying to screw you over? Was it just trying to extract more money from you and such?

This was a friend situation, she was a messy pig and I told her to take a hike when the lease was up which was in a few months. She ghosted (stiffing me with the rest of the lease)… I later got a summons for spousal/common law support from some lawyer she went to because we were living in the same place for almost a year. Boom! showed my docs and evidence.. case closed, sued her for legal fees and fraud and got everything paid for by her. F~~~ing red heads… it’s true what they say about em. I do not have any experience regarding married folk or actual common law but I would sense it would fit the same. Get your paperwork in order asap right up front, if the women does not want to play ball dump her. I also like to make sure the women understands everything and get it on video fully and has copies of everything so I can’t be said to have “Coerced her” or whatever.

My grandfather had a live in girlfriend he was banging for decades that he split the bills with but her share was cut to him in a monthly check. He had already gone through one divorce from my grandmother, and most certainly learned his lesson. He kept records of all the monthly checks and if the s~~~ ever hit the fan with the new woman he was going to claim she was a room mate and had a paper trail to prove it.
Ideally you’d just not live with a woman but if you really must for some reason a paper trail to cover your ass is definitely a must.
