I don’t like the fact they make you take a test on personality to work at grocery stores, or any retail store. When you have to take them, lie your ass off on them. You can’t score a chance to an interview if you don’t lie on them.

Will I be issued a weapon, or should I bring my own?

Would company issued firearms be considered a “standard benefit” under question number one? Because I might want to add to my answer.

    LOL!

Yeah for benny’s I would probably request a company/office dodgeball team for a local league or something. Or maybe a bring your dogs to work day. Just to yank his chain for making me take the test.

9.You see someone stepping on an American Flag. What happens next?

Depends. How would this company respond to an employee being arrested for felony assault? Are there camera or witnesses in the area? Describe the people stepping on the flag, and why?

This was all to get attention.

No doubt, but still a great idea.

I work in a female dominated industry, as I have mentioned before. I remember working shifts where we took a bus-load of kids with disabilities out for the day, and one of the staff would be a landwhale (not always the same one!) who COULDN’T EVEN FIT IN THE SEATS OF THE MINIBUS. She’d have to sit at the front. When her kid did a runner, she would sit there looking around waiting for one of the other (male) staff to chase him down.

My current employer insists on a musculo-skeletal check before employing people. They say it’s to ensure we can do the job, I say it’s to weed out the whales.

I did a shift recently with a woman from another part of the company who failed the test because she turned up in her office clothes, which happened to include a miniskirt and THONGS. (Flip-flops, or slippers, to non-Australians – things for your feet). WTF was she wearing thongs to the office for? Anyway she had quite the carry on about how she failed.

Ahh, brothers, the restraint I showed not to laugh in her face… I think I deserve a medal.

Not muh flag, Now how will I use the women’s rest room while identifying as one of the 6 million socially constructed genders.

    1. Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees?
    Standard is more than enough.

    2. What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
I’m for it, and completely comfortable around guns and them unless they trigger my autism with bad trigger discipline, bad muzzle sweeps, and poor dangerous gun handling that needs to be addressed. I don’t tolerate that on the range nor will I permit it at work. That or they have Kel-Tec or bullpups. Then I laugh.

    3. What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?
Dude I want to work, not be in pre-school.

    4. Should “trigger warnings” be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered “controversial”?
    Hell no.

    5. How do you feel about police?
As long as they don’t keep trying to milk me for their department quotas and find silly reasons to pull me over and ticket me for revenue, they are cool in my book. I’ve won 5 cases out of 6 that had them pull me over for bogus reasons (quotas).

    6. When was the last time you cried and why?
Uh, sometime in middle school because I had the wind knocked out of me underneath a tackle pile-up. I STILL CLAIM IT WAS BECAUSE BEING UNDERNEIGHT THAT MANY GUYS FOR A BALL FELT GAY AS S~~~ THOUGH.

    7. What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce?
    They are utterly unhireable.

    8. What does “faith” mean to you?
Believing in something without the need for evidence.

    9. You see someone stepping on an American Flag. What happens next?
Take it away from them. With force if required. And if it is an antifa, then with a LOT OF FORCE even if not required.
