CEO Makes Employees Take Snowflake Test
I came across this article from the New Boston Post. This CEO is a genius.
“I don’t want most people to work for my company. No, seriously. Most people suck.”
“They are whiny, needy, entitled little brats.”“So I’ve implemented something that is going to give HR managers and the PC Police night sweats.
I lovingly refer to it as The Snowflake Test.
Anyone who may be a viable candidate for our agency has to take the test before they get an at-bat at an interview. It’s 30 short-answer and essay-style questions that help us to really get to know a candidate.
Among those questions?
1.Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees?
2.What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
3.What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?
4.Should “trigger warnings” be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered “controversial”?
5.How do you feel about police?
6.When was the last time you cried and why?
7.What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce?
8.What does “faith” mean to you?
9.You see someone stepping on an American Flag. What happens next?“I was scolded by a woman on the phone yesterday who told me she wouldn’t take the test and “shame” on me for making people take a test to come work for us. She “demanded” I remove the test or risk losing out on “perfect employees” like herself.
Bummer.”http://newbostonpost.com/blogs/ceo-makes-employees-take-snowflake-test/
These tests and intimate questions were normal back in the 1980’s…
They were probably abandoned since then, to let lazy entitled “snowflake” c~~~s and their even more spoiled offspring “slip though” and that’s why they now dominate the workforce.
In July of 2018, this honey pot forum was sold out to an unidentified NPC sock puppet and troll organization. Most independent thinkers and writers migrated to other MGTOW forums as a result of the never-ending infighting and deliberate trouble starting caused by members who were given "carte blanche" by the admin to do whatever they want. Before my departure, I only left a few thousand cat pics here to comfort and ridicule the feminist owners who now run this place. Their background agenda is to make MGTOW look like a club of losers the public eye. And during the course of 2019, they actually managed to destroy almost all other MGTOW venues as well. Here is the truth about "theindependentman.org" aka "TIM" which was created as an extended workbench to further divide the community. Well, that CEO has it figured out.
For years I was an employer too. One employee only, but he wasn’t cheap. And it was hard to get him into the profit zone. He was just “clearing my back” when work piled up and thus enabling ME to be profitable…
He was a good guy, but he had little ugly, strong, whale-shaped and entitled Mrs. Snowflake behind him. And she would actually influence him to be less productive so “I (the shark) would not get too rich”…
He had a separate space with 2 quiet rooms, high end workplace illumination, clean air, daylight, more and better equipment than anywhere else. And a private PC, stereo, fridge… (His workplace was located outside my poisoned shop bureau, I got to breathe the wood preservative chemicals, not him. His problem was a C~~~ problem)
So in the 7.5 years he worked for me it was impossible to get this electronics engineer into the profit zone. His ugly, annoying big mouthed and educated c~~~ was the culprit.
When I fired him because he would even do little things with no ambition and absolutely intolerable mistakes… I was suddenly on the lazy side and relaxed of life.
Replacing him with me meant only a little work more here and there, some more nights spent in the repair shop. But MONEY in abundance…
Coming up with his salary payment each month was so stressful, it was the biggest number on the deduction list. Of course I never had a problem with paying him, but in mid 2007, he became a real burden. I paid him, not me.
He sat there and did nothing… I only balanced 2007 in profit because I fired him in the mid of the year. His “not to be paid” salary was my “profit” below the dotted line…
I made myself the resolution NEVER to work FOR an employee again.
Working all by myself and only hiring helping hands on an hourly basis, my life couldn’t have been any better.
He was gone and business got better. The days of babysitting and financially supporting an employee were over… It reminded me of married men that have to pay for their “never satisfied” wife…
I was divorced from my leech…
But:
One day after I fired him, his c~~~ suddenly “became ill”… And she then had a taxi driver to take her from doc to doc and from clinic to clinic. And that same year, the moment she finished her “education” turning her into a “high earning snowflake” she kicked him to the curb. Because “reasons”…
He was only “good enough” to support her and put up with her NASTY s~~~ for all those years while she was studying… And when she had finally “graduated”, he wasn’t “her style” anymore and she left him…
AWALT. I was right again, without wanting to be right: Another women coming down with a scumbag personality…
Now we are still friends and he is MGTOW without even knowing that word.
Hope he learned his lesson. I guess his relationship was rather a relations~~~.
More some other time and why I always felt sorry for him…
Now, back to topic:
These snowflakes ruin a company faster than anyone can imagine. Coming up with their salary each and every month is a hard task and if money in not flowing into the financial buffer, than a tiny recession will cause the company to go into bankruptcy. Good employees would then “put one on top”, insert extra shifts… just try to push the company back up…
But snowflakes leave and abandon you or the workplace like WOMEN.
With snowflakes, you can’t swim an ocean. And today’s business at every level is a constant struggle against bigger competitors, the internet and the ongoing globalization…
And BTW:
Men wake up and stop paying for your snowflake’s education… She WILL (not might!) monkey branch to the next “better earner” the SECOND SHE HAS THAT DEGREE IN HER HAND.

Do you think he’d mind if I copied this?
I’ll bite.
APPLYING NOW:Anyone who may be a viable candidate for our agency has to take the test before they get an at-bat at an interview. It’s 30 short-answer and essay-style questions that help us to really get to know a candidate.
Among those questions?
1.Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees?
A customized Carrot after excelling beyond your high expectations. Don’t need a garden, just a goal.2.What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
I’d feel more at ease, after qualification, may I too?3.What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?
Employer protocol/work environment determined.
If there is armed conflict possible, my ‘carrying’ employees (and after qualification, I) would become my safe space.
If its shelter for political or personal opinions, I bring my own: Good Attitude/Work Ethic/Silence.4.Should “trigger warnings” be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered “controversial”?
That’s company policy, not my call, unless its my job responsibility. Sometimes one policy that fits all is best. I’d ask for guidance until it becomes unnecessary.5.How do you feel about police?
Well, I wouldn’t want their job so there is a built-in RESPECT for Police. Cowboys are cowboys but very very few kick the doggies.6.When was the last time you cried and why?
On vacation. Remembering good friends and family that have passed.7.What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce?
We may be in Deep doo-doo.8.What does “faith” mean to you?
Optimism.9.You see someone stepping on an American Flag. What happens next?
I turn off the MSM TV and recall why my relatives had enlisted, recall Little Big Horn Battlefield, recall Arlington, recall Korean War Veterans Memorial. Then I recall the Hoover Dam, the Interstate Highway System, South Eastern Utah. Revise answer 6.) Just now.with joy/without hate
Well i am no snowflake but i would still walk away the second when potential employer asks for my written stance on emotions, feelings, faith and core beliefs.
It has nothing to do with the job and this would serve as a good filter on my side to show them the middle finger.
The choices we make, not the chances we take, determine our destiny
I know what he’s getting at and agree that the environment created on college campuses with such things as “safe spaces” would rapidly find it’s way into the workplace, the state house and the court system.
We are watching a slow motion revolution caused by SJW on campus on purpose and with purpose.
The purpose can be easily figured out if you remember the world is a woman’s oyster, we get the shuck shells.
#icethemout; Remember Thomas Ball. He died for your children.
Anonymous1These tests and intimate questions were normal back in the 1980’s…
They were probably abandoned since then, to let lazy entitled “snowflake” c~~~s and their even more spoiled offspring “slip though” and that’s why they now dominate the workforce.
Tests taken out because women kept failing those, because you know…feelingz(BS answers).

His role was done and she could throw him in the trash, AWALT.
1) German like benefits. 35 hour work week. 30 days vacation. Full insurance. etc..
2) The more guns the safer the environment.
3) Safe places in challenging work environments? WTF is that?
4) “trigger warnings”? F~~~ no.
5) Police? Delusional people. Why they would allow themselves to enforce BS laws is painful. Especially when they think they are doing good. Treat them with sympathy.
6) Cried? Maybe when I was six. Though I can’t remember having actually ever cried.
7) Poor kids paying putting themselves in huge debt when society should be paying for it. And these universities with a few exceptions like Stanford don’t teach the kids what they really need. Well the kids will be desperate to work to pay off the debt but so entitled they are usually useless.
8) Faith is a concept f~~~ing tards use to justify snowflake ideas.
9) They are stepping on an American flag? I will talk with them to see if they are stupid or whether they see through the propaganda, like mgtows have seen through women, and possibly offer the person a job. I need all the sane people with clear vision I can find. His role was done and she could throw him in the trash, AWALT.
My friends all agree that I did him a favor by firing him. That got the parasite off of him and he now – 10 years later seems very relaxed.
BTW. He must have suffered a lot in his own relations~~~ because he saw his workplace as some kind of “safe space” and openly congratulated me when he heard that I kicked out my first parasite in 2002. She was already starting to boss him around and I just observed that, doing nothing so I could see how far she would go…
He was so enjoyed by me rescuing his “c~~~-free-safe-space” that he put his arms around me and almost cried tears of joy…
He was so afraid of my “girlfriend” being around all day and turning the place into an area of FRH “Female Related Hardship” TM (by Stealthy). One c~~~ at home was too much for him already.
I told him that he means much more to me than any spoiled brat and that I would never let him down. But he still had his nagging c~~~ at home.
And my work space must have been good: He stayed with me for over 7 years against the will of his EVER nagging parasite: “Oh, you could do so much better than that, why do you still work for him… He is only exploiting you” (Actually I took him off the unemployment list because he was qualified but spoke very poor German – I taught him a lot and he now does my job, all on his own)
I guess without that c~~~, we 2 could have moved the business WAY further and THEN he would have gotten the pay raises she always nagged him for. But she was convincing him to try to force me to pay him more by him working less. A sort of silent strike… And I was supposed to pay more so he MIGHT THEN move his ass. And this is female thinking…
He now sees things differently, probably because he now experienced in his own life that his cherished unicorn left him because of money and thus confirmed all things I ever commented about women.
In real life…
I never interfered when a c~~~ showed her face… I just observed and drew my conclusions. That’s why women very never able to fool me… I would let them be they they they want to be – because calling them out or trying to change them is of no use anyway…
Yes, and all of them were “better off without me”… I always took the blame so these borderlines don’t get stuck on me…
Tests taken out because women kept failing those, because you know…feelingz(BS answers).
Yes, 100 % true. Women / girls always dropped like flies in the 1980’s A-Level school I went to. At the end – in 10th grade – we were 80 percent boys and those were in the top half of the grade scale. It always bewilders me to hear that today’s universities have only 40 % men and 60 % women…
The level must have gotten lowered beyond belief, so women passed these exams… In real life I always wondered how it could be that “educated women” with a big collection of academic titles and degrees can be too clumsy to re-insert remote control batteries with the right polarity and then call a technician to do that… …While bitching that the TV was unworkable for days, after they dropped the remote Friday evening…
When we men stop giving them anything, all of their “titles” will become useless.

Well the CEO in the OP might have also read my thread on that “snowflake in the workforce” subject…
And why we QUIT…
About going MGTOW at work…
And when you can’t stand the c~~~s anymore…
Burnout? – Why WE quit – There is only so much woman bulls~~~ a man can take

CEO Makes Employees Take Snowflake Test
I came across this article from the New Boston Post. This CEO is a genius.
“I don’t want most people to work for my company. No, seriously. Most people suck.”
“They are whiny, needy, entitled little brats.”Society asks MGTOWs: Why are you not making more tax-slaves?
Anonymous25They are loaded questions. “feelings” are not facts. Thoughts are not facts.
I agree with him. Good business decisions are made based on facts, evidence and thinking through the consequences. Leave their damn “feelings” at home and their personal life
Anonymous3I wasn’t going to comment on this.
But this guy is President and CEO (lol) of a marketing firm, which appears to be for social media. I’ve never heard of him or his company before. I doubt he has any real employees, probably just a few nieces and cousins working with him. He’s almost definitely getting funded by his parents or someone else’s parents.
This was all to get attention.
The real world doesn’t work like this. These are terrible conditions and these are bad work environments, and this guy has zero leadership skills. Anyone that has been a leader and has had a serious business or has been a talented employee knows the value a talented employee has. At all of the high levels I’ve worked at, management bends over backwards for talent, and the elite managers/leaders are the ones that can promote their employees upwards consistently. When someone you manage/lead goes on to excel, it reflects well on you. This is how careers and reputation are built, because the circles are actually rather small.
When the money runs out, if this guy isn’t connected, he’s toast. No one will ever hire him, because with this little publicity stunt, and if he actually acts this way, everyone will hate his guts.
Apple or GE or Alphabet or Caterpillar or Microsoft or Travelers and any number of other firms, the very best of the best, would never create an environment like this. They hire the best of the best, they are at the top, they stay at the top. This is the sort of garbage a no name s~~~ company run by a bully loser will try, to pander to other assholes that are bitter and hate people. This is something women look at and probably think is a good idea.
That so isn’t true they feel threatened and try to fcuk them up in most cases.
Bosses want mediocre ,dont rock the boat, conformist blue pill simps.
Sure there may be some exceptions but they are rare-certainly in Britain.

Anonymous43Among those questions?
1.Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees? None. A paved parking lot is nice, but not required.
2.What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns? Positive. I would rather have the right tool for the job at the right time.
3.What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments? Negative. Home is your safe space.
4.Should “trigger warnings” be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered “controversial”? I don’t have time for that.
5.How do you feel about police? Neutral
6.When was the last time you cried and why? Cutting up an onion to go with last night’s steak dinner
7.What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce? College is a nice way to waste money and time. I would rather have an internship program to train up employees.
8.What does “faith” mean to you? Belief that something unseen can be seen. I prefer to deal with the real world.
9.You see someone stepping on an American Flag. What happens next? Someone will need an ambulance.Am I hired?
’ll bite.
APPLYING NOW:My turn.
1.Outside of standard benefits, what benefits should a company offer employees?
Keeping the coke machine in the break room filled would be nice.
2.What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
Can we have the annual company picnic at a shooting range? Because that would be awesome. How about the Christmas Party too? That would sure make any “radicalized” people think twice about trying to pull a San Bernardino.
3.What are your feelings about safe spaces in challenging work environments?
Isn’t that the whole point of question number two above? I mean I know I’d feel a lot safer.
4.Should “trigger warnings” be issued before we release content for clients or the company that might be considered “controversial”?
Only if the clients demand that sort of inanity. “The customer is always right.” However if our clients do demand stupid things like “trigger warnings”, we should probably seek better clients.
5.How do you feel about police?
I find they’re a lot easier to deal with when you use common courtesy and simple respect. I feel that the world would be a much happier place if more people understood this.
6.When was the last time you cried and why?
When my dog died. Next question.
7.What are your thoughts on the current college environment as it pertains to a future workforce?
Application questionnaires like this are only going to become increasingly necessary.
These days a college education is not worth what you pay for it. But then tuition is only too high because there’s too much “free money” available in taxpayer backed student loans. And all that “free money” is funding way too much insanity masking itself as “education”.
I feel sorry for the STEM graduates starting out under all that student debt to pay for liberal arts cruft just so they can study something worthwhile like math or chemistry. I think anyone with a liberal arts degree and a hundred thousand dollars of debt is a fool who should be learning a valuable lesson in economics as they ask: “Would you like fries with that?”. And anyone who goes a quarter million in debt to get a degree in something like “gender studies” deserves whatever is coming to them. These people should not be interviewed on the nightly news about their “plight”. Instead they should be put in a circus side show as a a grim example to others.
8.What does “faith” mean to you?
That depends on the faith in question. If someone’s faith helps him to be a better person, then it’s all to the good. Unfortunately certain faiths demonstrably don’t.
9.You see someone stepping on an American Flag. What happens next?
Apparently stepping on the flag is just them exercising their free speech. So pulling the flag out from under them and watching them fall on their ass should just be me exercising my free speech. And it’s better than the ungrateful bastard deserves.
2.What are your feelings about employees or clients carrying guns?
Will I be issued a weapon, or should I bring my own?
8.What does “faith” mean to you?
Never was a big George Michael fan.
Will I be issued a weapon, or should I bring my own?
Would company issued firearms be considered a “standard benefit” under question number one? Because I might want to add to my answer.
CEO wasting time(money) on pointless things…
