Thank you all for your replies. Finding MGTOW and realizing logically she’s not worth dwelling on was the first step. Now my reptilian brain has to process that.

Keymaster, you’re right. I’m not a “pump and dump” kind of guy. But either you let women use you, or you use them. I’m never letting my guard down again because from browsing this site and watching MGTOW content on YouTube, the pain I went through is nothing compared to what some men have suffered. The only safe thing to do is find happiness for yourself and not invest emotionally, OR financially, in anyone else.

Looking back on it, it WAS her fault. I acted like a dick at times, yes, but she gaslighted CONSTANTLY. I kept telling her if she acted a certain way and brought certain things up, I couldn’t deal with it anymore. She did this, then when I got p~~~ed she tried to blame me and make ME look like the asshole.

She said she cheated on me (more than once) because our relationship “didn’t feel like love. We acted like we hated each other a lot of the time.” Bulls~~~. Nothing ever justifies cheating. If someone is willing to make an excuse for it to make it seem okay, they’re the type of person who will do it regardless of whether you’re doing something wrong or not.

I've had to learn lessons the hard way more times than I should. I've been very fortunate to find MGTOW when I did. Swallowing the Red Pill saved my future.

Oneitis is caused by thinking about her.

Stop doing that and gone is the oneitis.
