My take on the whole thing was that apparently real women no longer exist on this planet, which goes along with my general belief that I somehow very much wound up the wrong planet, and would like to return either to my home planet, which clearly isn’t Earth, or just really any better planet somewhere. One with appreciative women, perhaps.

Thank you, anonymous sign people, for clarifying to me that women capable of appreciation do not in fact exist any more on Earth. I had largely come to implicitly understand that, but it is helpful to realize that explicitly. My work here is done, and I am going to try and learn how to reproduce asexually, perhaps through mitosis. Perhaps that is what people from my planet naturally do.

I am increasingly of the belief that “women” on this planet are actually some kind of exoparasite that has gotten out of control, like Spanish Moss, but for people.
