F~~~ing s~~~ man, this made me laugh. That was ONE of the problems I fixed. Their printer also wouldn’t print and their computer was full of crap. I fixed those issues in about 40 minutes. Still, I still would’ve insisted on the $450 charge even if all I had done was wait around for that bitch. If you want me to drive to your house and shoot the s~~~ with you for 2 f~~~ing hours, you’re paying both my trip charge and hourly rate.
